The delivered packages were not…
The delivered packages were not complete, screws were missing, For the table, the complete mounting set was not delivered. It took 4 months until I finally got the right parts!

Nice product and delivery, poor customer service
Well, the delivery was really fast, only 24 hours, which is pretty impressive and would have been rewarded with 6 stars. However, the drills were missing, which made impossible to assembly the chair! The chair is great, I love everything about it, but the fact that calling them, their answer was: sorry, we will send it right away, however in regular mail (4/6 days). Damn, I just bought a 80€ chair and you can't invest 5€ to cover up for your mistake, you're playing cheap sending it over a 1€ mail post?! That says it all, nice product and delivery (probably externalized) but poor CS (internal).

Mixed bag
Mixed bag. The 'hard' product is good (the chair), I'm more than happy with it. The 'soft' product, the poor service and communication around the delivery, the hassle getting a proper invoice raised, and a website that really doesn't function very well. Delivery also took far longer than quoted. An 'in stock' product took over seven weeks to be delivered. There are other, similar companies selling identical products - I think I'd give one of them a go next time.

Bad delivery. A lonely man, for more than 50kg, and his order was to deliver the box downstairs. Very bad memories. I won't order anymore. I prefer to pay a little more and get service

Failed to deliver again
Despite promising to deliver my chair that I paid for six weeks ago.... nothing has arrived. I told you I chased last week again..... this time I got a reply... better service you would think......but the promise the chair would arrive failed to materialise .
