They made some fantastic mugs for me to give to the family for Xmas. No hassle service and very easy to use website for you to design the mug . I would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend Muglamania to a friend, the process was quick and easy and the end product was great. The company's communication was also great, the only small criticism id have is between order/payment to receiving the product it took 10 days. Overall a great company and would definitely use again in the future.

Mugs ordered were excellent quality and finished print was clear, crisp and very good. May want to consider using an alternative courier however as "Express 24hr" to Parcelforce seemed to equate to three days.

I was really pleased with the mug, it turned out really well and the images were better than expected. However I hoped shipping would have been quicker and I never received an email to tell me it had been shipped, my brother was off to Afghanistan back in the army and unfortunately he never received his gift on time, I now have to wait till next year. However I am very pleased with the mug, next time I will order sooner but I am sure I will use your site again.

Ordered 1 mug with a view to placing a larger order if the quality was OK. Took over a week for the mug to be even printed, which coincidentally took place after I enquired as to what was happening with it and was longer than the account details said it would be printed in. The account details still have it as being processed so I wouldn't have any faith in what is says there either. Arrived two weeks after ordering and the quality is poor - the colours are washed out and mottled. The request for a review arrived before it was even posted out...

I've had other test prints carried out elsewhere at a higher price that reproduced the image accurately and at a far higher quality - I guess there's a lesson to be learned there. Needless to say I didn't place a further order here.

In short you get what you pay for, so if you want a mug where the quality isn't important and you're prepared to wait, then order away. Otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

The website stated up to five working days for receipt and this was enough time for the mugs to arrive for my event on the Monday. On Friday, I hadn't heard back so I called to check up. I was told I'd be emailed back but didn't received anything. I had to call again and leave a message on an answerphone. I didn't get a call back, but instead, an email after working hours saying that I had misread the website terms. I asked if the mugs could be sent on the Saturday and that I'd pay extra to get them in time. Etc. etc. I was never rung back but a series of emails followed through the weekend asking if I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund.
I finally asked for my order to be cancelled and would they confirm receipt of my request - I did not want to have to pay for returning items nor to deal with the hassle of doing so. It is now Thursday, and I have not yet received a reply. Instead, I have been sent this email to provide my feedback.

I needed some mugs for my team at a moments notice. These chaps couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. I am incredibly grateful for their help and effort! I have shopped here before and would definitely come back!

I ordered these mugs to give out as presents at our wedding. It was great to be able to use our own template, so that it 'matched' all the other designs. It was really easy to upload, and when I wanted to order an extra couple of mugs afterwards, I just emailed them and they included it in the order. Brilliant!

I shopped around on other sites before using these guys, and I'm glad, because now I know how much cheaper and professional this company is.

I was even more impressed as I had made a spelling mistake I emailed the next day which was a Saturday and they corrected it for me

I ordered five mugs for friends that meet regularly, each with a suitable image on them. The mugs when they arrived are brilliant, they turned out far better than I imagined them. Delivery was quick too.
