Do not work with Reach Digital Telecoms. They are a scam. Despite repeatedly breaching GDPR regulations and continuing to contact us after multiple requests for removal, they have lied about knowing our directors and attempted to extract private information. The individual responsible, Ollie/Oliver Edwards, has been particularly deceptive in his approach.

This matter is being reported to Action Fraud and Ofcom for further investigation. I strongly advise businesses to steer clear of this company.

Had a problem with my mobile data and Rebecca Bradford was absolutely top notch! She was polite, professional and determined to resolve my issue. Problem solved, well done Reach, and huge thanks to Rebecca.

After 3 years we have no VM, cannot transfer internal calls and have no MoH
