Our Install Engineer was Steve Mooney. Install was nearly seamless - There a few minor problems (out of Steves control) but Steve reacted and got them sorted straight away. Professional.

Fast, efficient, informative and helpful

There was a problem with the connection on our extension phone, your engineer spent a long time and persevered until it was all up and running. The extension phone is very important to us and will help with the smooth running of the branch. Special thanks to Andy. very much appreciated.

We took out services for two hospitality businesses, one site has had repeated issues with internet and services going down and they fob you off with poor support, we are considering cancelling services even though we are in contract as they simply can’t provide the service, very poor
