James installed our new phone systems and from start to finish he was great. He talked us through each step, and answered any questions we had. He made the overall transition seamless, couldn't recommend him and Reach as a company enough!

Andy dealt with an issue with transfer of calls, to one handset in particular, quickly and efficiently. He also corrected a couple of minor issues and explained a base unit problem that I'd been having. He was professional, friendly and very patient answering questions.
