After receiving a rag doll for my great granddaughter with her name on the dress I was very disappointed with the finish of the stitching. However I emailed Mulberry and Tanya was brilliant. I sent photos and a replacement dress is on its way. Well done and thank you Tanya.

The box of toys arrived on 8 December after an original prediction of the 5th. In spite of being marked 'Fragile' the box was quite badly damaged which affected the individual packaging of some of the toys. The toys themselves were good and lived up to the descriptions.

I am very happy with your work. I was disappointed with the colour, it is more pale mud than cream. I also would have loved it if you had a box that I could have put each person's notepaper in to wrap it up.
