I purchased three items for my one year old and six year old grandsons. They were delivered without a hitch to my daughter in Derbyshire. I use Mulberry Bush toys for all my grandchildren and they love them. The quality is excellent and have never had a problem with deliveries. The best toys by a long shot.

I was pleased with the items I ordered and they arrived quickly. I was particularly impressed that Mulberry Bush re-used packing for my parcel and that the items came in a size of box appropriate for the contents. A very pleasant change from another online company I can think of!

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable people in direct phone contact. Really felt they were enthusiastic about the company and answered very quickly making the conversation a pleasant stress free experience. I've recommended the company to many friends.

I ordered 2 'named' items for my granddaughter, plus some other items, and am amazed at the speed of delivery and quality of the 'naming' as well as the goods themselves. My only reservation about the catalogue contents is that all the battery operated toys require batteries and are not rechargeable.

Service is always efficient and on time. Have not given the products yet but am sure they will be excellent as always. Thank you .

I cannot give a review as the drum is a gift for my great grandson in December and has not yet been opened.However, I am sure he will enjoy it or I would not have bought it.

Impossible to do this until after Christmas

I dealt with a person from Customer services when I needed to exchange a toy bought for my grandsons birthday. She was very helpful sending me the new item speedily and organising return of the other item. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

This is the third year I have used Mulberry Bush to purchase a collection of Christmas gifts for my great niece's. It was the personalization of various gifts that attracted me as they are close in age and share the same interests so a lovely treat to have them named personally.
