I ordered this for my husband. It arrived quickly and he is very pleased with it.

I purchased a new (not second or engraved) multitool. When I received the product it had already been opened (the seal on the leatherman box was open and box was very tatty) and my apparently new multitool had visible scratches. It's an expensive item and a birthday gift for my dad, I did not want something that had been opened and scratched. When I complained, I was told they have to open the box to add the sheath which makes no sense. It comes in a leatherman box with compartments for a tool and a sheath. Why would this need to be opened? I was told this by several support staff. I started the return process which I had to chase when I had not heard back for several days and when the replacement came it was in an unopened sealed box, looked brand new and came with a note saying 'please ensure the correct product and sealed unit'.

I suspect I was sent a second rather than a new one and then was lied to.

Either this or they really do open these boxes themselves before sending you the item. Either way - use with caution and check your product.

We ordered a Leatherman Signal and needed it personally engraved. On other sites the item was more expensive and any engraving needed a number of weeks lead time - as it was to be an 18th Birthday present, and time was tight, we opted to take the risk and go with Multi-Tool Store - our worry after checking other site offers was that their service offered seemed to good to be true - and we all know that saying!!. Incredibly, we received the item which was immaculate and exactly as advertised with the personalised engraving accurately and professionally done - the next day. We were blown away by their customer service and value and we would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Excellent choice, great value, and perfect service, I originally bought the Leathernen ARC for a friend as a surprise, but it wasn't the one he wanted, I purchased another, Leatherman signal, & sent the ARC back, using Multi tool stores free post collection, and,was refunded, no quibble, as soon as they received it. Superb service all round really, on doing extensive searching on line before purchase, Multi tool store definitely offers the best,service, value, and selection all you need really!
