Like others I am writing this with sadness because I absolutely love these products but this is now the 3rd or 4th time I have placed an order and had issues previously they have responded after 2 e-mails and arranged a replacement but this time I have sent 3 e-mails, and Instagram message and a what’s app message and have not had a response. I placed my order on 17th Feb and had a shipping e-mail on 20th Feb, it’s now 8th March and my order still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had absolutely no response from them. I don’t know what the next steps would be to try and get my money back but to maybe ring citizens advice consumer helpline or contact trading standards. I am so disappointed.

It's with sadness that I am having to leave such a poor review as mummylovesorganics products are excellent, but in this instance the customer service has been horrendous. I placed an order in Nov 23 which did not arrive and since then I have requested a refund numerous times to no avail. The closest I got to receiving my money back was via a PayPal which seems to have been cancelled by mummylovesorganics at the last minute.

If your order arrives without issue then this companies products are great but if not then expect a prolonged and painful experience in trying to get a refund.

Order not received and now they’ve stopped replying. This is my second purchase with them, the first one arrived very late but I did get it. Really liked the products, ordered more. Wont be doing that again

After hearing testimonials of how good these products are and experiencing many sleepless nights I decided to order 3 products hoping this would help our baby sleep.
I placed an order on 26th December 2023 and received an email on 5th January 2024 to say it had been shipped and would arrive within 3-5 working days, it has now been 10 working days since that email, however I have not received my order.
I sent an email to customer services 5 days ago (16.01.2024) but have not had a reply.
I have also sent them a message via WhatsApp, but no reply.
I am starting to think I have lost £40 and I'm really not happy with this poor service.
I would either like my products to be sent out or a full refund.
There are claims that the products are good, however I can't recommend this brand due to the fact they take your money but then don't send the products.

Second time of ordering with this company, and second time with issues. First order was not dispatched for several weeks. Most recent order arrived in good time but contained only one of the shleepies feet rather than the two I ordered. No response via email, but a response via WhatsApp where the company promised to send the second bottle out straight away. I have still not received this, and am now not receiving a response from the company. It is such a shame as the product is great, but it seems clear from the other reviews here that this poor customer service is a regular occurrence.
