Foot oil ordered and it advised delivery would be 3-5 days. 7 working days later still nothing. It was then dispatched after chasing and delivered to a completely different part of the country as shown on the Royal Mail tracking and I am unable to get a response via WhatsApp, the website contact us section or email.
Either dispatch the product immediately or issue me a refund!

I give 3 stars as I am still waiting for a response and my order. My money has been taken and I have emailed, whatsapped and messaged via their website. Would love to actually try the foot oil I have ordered but am yet to have any response. Hoping I get a response now as trustpilot seems the only way to get an answer. Looking forward to trying the product. Please respond to me; I would just like to know what's going on thank you.

Placed my order on 06/09/23 but didn’t receive it until 18/09/23.

Contacted them via email a couple of days after ordering as I hadn’t received any dispatch notification. Didn’t receive any reply what so ever despite messaging via text and WhatsApp a couple more times in the following days. Finally received an email on 12/09/23 saying it had been dispatched but that was a lie. The postage label on the parcel clearly shows it wasn’t posted until 15/09/23.

Whilst I’m ultimately happy with the actual product the lack of communication and out right lies regarding the postage makes me never want to order form them again.

Teddy and Toy Sanitizer I recommend this product. It is not at all like the sanitizer in the markets. High quality.

I have been using the Sleep Reed Diffuser in my house for about 3 months. It has a relaxing and fresh scent. It's like you're sleeping with mandarin and frankincense trees.

I have been using Mums Hand Sanitiser for a long time. A great product I recommend to everyone.

Well. I ordered two feet oils, as I liked the idea of incorporating feet massage into my babies routine. The order was shipped, and reasonably quickly to be fair.

However. I only received one. I emailed straight away upon receiving the parcel on the email provided within the packaging.

Over a week has past, 3 emails, and two instagram messages later and I’ve received no response. I at this point just want a refund for the one oil I didn’t receive.

The oil itself isn’t great. Smells like my grandmothers bathroom back in the 90’s.

Unfortunately, a sleep deprived friend of mine bought this as a last ditch attempt to help her baby sleep. Luckily this isn’t the position I am in. She has also been left short changed. She is just accepting the poor service she has received. I will not be.

Avoid and just use a baby oil you can trust with a good routine. This is no miracle to baby sleep like it claims.

I’ve bought a lot of baby items from small businesses since I became pregnant. They have all been brilliant with queries, refunds or special requests. This company.. not the same.

What a disappointment.

Update*** I have emailed this morning asking for a refund for the missing item on the email I have been using for the last week and been ignored. If you get no communication from this company. Write a bad review!

It is laughable that you think these reviews are fake when they are all saying the same thing!!
After the lack of response I have received until I write a negative review on Truspilot, the chances of me ever getting a refund from you are close to zero!

Update: Despite *still* not receiving a reply to my numerous emails and social media DM, or this review. I received the item in the post today, it was sent yesterday. So who knows where the other two items are or if they were ever sent!
Even if the item works miracles I'm not sure I would order again after this faff!

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. It has been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered, I have sent 4 emails and an Instagram message. To date I have only received one reply advising that another item would be sent out and I should receive it before the weekend, which obviously I did not.
Looking at these reviews its clear the company should either change their shipping provider, or they only send every other order and hope sleep deprived parents will forget their order.

I always like to support small businesses, but the service has been so poor from Mummy Loves Organics I will not use them in future.

My first order never arrived after 10 days, so I politely emailed to no response and after chasing again I was told "they frequently get lost, we send so many packages out, we are sending a replacement". Ok, benefit of the doubt I might have been an unlucky customer....
It is now another 10 days on and still no replacement. I followed up again on email a few days ago to no response. I am coming up to a month with no product, no response and out of pocket.
Here is what I am wondering:
- surely for a company that claim to be sending out so many parcels, they must have some sort of tracking on where all these parcels keep vanishing to?
- are they exploiting the fact that sleep deprived parents will buy things on a whim without looking at the company reviews? (I certainly made that mistake!) On top of most of those parents being on Mat pay, in a cost of living crisis!

Perhaps this is why most of their Instagram photos have the comments turned off and the only comment I could see on Facebook was "where is my order". Such a shame because I was genuinely interested to try the product.

Love love love this product! The foot oil has made a huge difference to our little ones sleep. We get longer periods of sleep and instead of waking up she’s able to go back to sleep on her own. Thank you!

I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and haven’t received my order. I have emailed twice to ask about my order and tried the WhatsApp number service but no answer. The one star is for the poor customer service. I understand the post can be slow and or orders get lost but there’s no excuse for the poor customer service. The product could be amazing but I would t re-order again because customer service goes a long way for a brand but sadly not this one.

Wife ordered an item for £35 in March 23. Item has never arrived, we have had plenty of messages saying the item will be sent but nothing ever arrives. If they provided a good service then they wouldn't have to spend time answering complaints on here and could spend more time actually sending products paid for.
Taking people's money and providing nothing.......

Never received my order. They never respond to messages and their contact number does not work.

Lovely products when they actually send them! This is the second time it’s happened. Their customer service is appalling. The products never turn up. They don’t reply on email and they don’t call. Currently £60 down and nothing has arrived

I placed an order between Xmas and New year knowing that they were closed until the new year. On the 4th January I received an email to say that my order had been shipped, I never received this order. I have no tracking number and royal mail strikes cannot be blamed as there have been none. On the 27th January I emailed them regarding this and I never received a reply. I have also messaged them on Instagram and still never received a reply.
I read many similar reviews before ordering about so called orders being shipped but never being received but I hoped I would be one of the lucky ones.
Do not order from this company, otherwise like me you will be left out of pocket and also ignored.
