Absolutely shocking and will never order again. I placed an order in December and it hasn't arrived, I've emailed them, messaged on instagram and facebook and received no response at all. They have taken my money and ran! Disgusting stealing from a struggling mother

Ordered start of Jan, showing as shipped haven’t received anything. Emailed multiple times and tried to contact on social media - AVOID.

** UPDATE - received more communication, they looked into my query, order must have been lost in the post during the strikes - resent a replacement out which was received the next day. Thank you for sorting this out. I will continue to support this small business - they do make quality products.

Having purchased items in the past year, I’ve always been happy with this company however I’ve recently placed another order which unfortunately has failed to turn up. I have emailed and also sent messages via social platforms - did get a response saying it had been shipped, chases again and had another response saying it would be looked into straight away but now radio silence. I get we have had strikes, I like the products this company makes and really just want my order, or if it’s lost in transit a refund. Pennies are tight for everyone nowadays.

Never received my order placed on the 25th of November and nobody is responding to my refund request emails ( even the one sent before the Christmas break) . No phone number to be found anywhere.

Avoid placing an order with this company. Almost 2 months later and I am still yet to receive my order. I receive an email saying that someone will look into this first thing but they never do.

Ordered in July and never received the order despite numerous emails, but that in itself didn’t warrant a review to be written as I claimed the money back via PayPal. What does However, is reading the horrendous responses to some of the other reviews which say the same thing. To say whoever is responding to the reviews has an attitude is an understatement. Instead of claiming legitimate reviews are fake and accusing people of tearing down a small business (when all they’re doing is telling you you took their money and didn’t deliver a product!!), how about focusing on changing your delivery courier so you don’t have countless customers with the same issue! Horrendous customer service from people who have essentially been scammed as they haven’t received what they paid for. Ps before your worker responds something catty or claim I never made an order,I didn’t use this trustpilot email to make the order! Hope as a company you gain a lesson in customer service and decorum.

After a problem with my delivery the lady I contacted via Instagram was so helpful! Everything was sorted very quickly and efficiently and a replacement parcel was sent out. I couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing I’d say is that the contact is page on the website didn’t work so without Instagram I’d have struggled to contact them.

Love the product - literally magic in a rollerball! My three old was struggling with her sleep after being unwell, we had tried everything! We purchased a bottle of this, I joked with my hubby that it would be another gimic… it was not! I even now use it on myself when I’m struggling to sleep.

As first time parents, sleepless nights were hitting us so hard and with an almost 1 year old we were desperate that we were considering to pay hundred for a sleep consultant. Mummy loves organics was our last option and because we had tried almost everything already we weren’t very hopeful. BOY WE WERE WRONG! First night he slept 5 hours straight and by the end of the week and using it as part of our routine we got up to 6-7 hours straight sleep!! THANKYOUUUU

We loved this product it really helped settle my baby to sleep!! Really want to try the older one now my sons turning two!

I recently purchased the Shleepies feet for babies and I absolutely love it. It smells gorgeous and it works! Although my little one still woke up at night, he slept for longer stretches! He also loves the foot massage before bed!

After having the chicken pox my little girl would not sleep in her own bed or through the night and would only sleep with me. Since but shleeepies feet oil and applying it every night she sleeps every night 7pm-730am without fail! This product is magical and I couldn’t recommend it enough! I rave about it to all my mum friends and the website has perfect gift bundles for any expecting mums!

Issues with initial order dispatch but the communication was great and kept in touch until delivered. We used the foot oil and our baby boy (4 months) loves it. He’s always been a great sleeper with only 1 night waking but the stretches of sleep between waking is getting much longer! We also use the pillow spray on his mattress and will be taking with us on holiday!

I have 3 children under 3 and I use this on all three every night! My sleep and sanity would be lost without it!!
And bonus, it smells devine

I used this religiously on my little sleep thief when he was a baby along with the bath time bubbles. I always found it worked every time and got him sleeping all through the night.
Now my little girl is 2 and is a nightmare to get to sleep so mummy loves organics to the rescue again hopefully. I think they’re a fantastic little company. Some babies and toddlers don’t sleep by the book, all it takes is perseverance and a good nighttime routine. I love the scent, the 2+ works on me and my partner too😂 I think some people expect miracles overnight but don’t always consider their routine before giving bad reviews.
Companies cannot be blamed by Royal Mail strikes for delayed orders, it’s unfair. Royal Mail have made it clear when these will take place.
I first started using this company when my little boy was one and carried on because he loves a good foot massage, now I plan on using them again.

Came within the allotted time stated on ordering, it’s a great into our bedtime routine and he seems to be much more settled and relaxed to go to sleep

We use the shleepies feet oil and our boy used to get up several times a night now he only gets up once which is a massive improvement to what it was before. It helps calm him before bed and sends him off into a nice calm sleep

Ordered from here this year. Product came in time, no issues. Didn’t need to contact them because it came in the correct amount of time. Smells lovely and does calm my little one as well as me!

Really confused by a lot of negative comments here?!
Our product arrived quickly and after being at our wits end from 03:00 night wakings every night for months, we tried it after bath time, and our baby slept all night, not waking until 07:25!! I felt like a new woman! Every night since he's slept soundly.
It's a little pot of miracle oil, and smells amazing! My partner asked me last night if it was just for babies :-). Do you make it by the bucket load? Will definitely be buying again, thank you for helping this exhausted mummy!
