Package arrived today. One of the wings on the flying monkey was broken and his tail was broken off. Very disappointing, after waiting so long, eleven days total. Too late to return and make it back for Christmas, and at this point I would not trust that the outcome of my unreasonable wait would be anything different than disappointment. I am in the process of attempting to return the damage item for a total refund which should include the cost of shipping it back, but I'm getting no response from this company to email or phone messages left . All I want now is my money back and good bye and good riddance for me.

I found the the prices were reasonable. For a moment I was concerned about delivery because of the holidays, but their customer service checked shipping statis and assured me I would received it in a few days. Which I did. It was packaged well and is perfect. My granddaughter will be very happy Christmas morning.

I'm sure your product is lovely..... But it would be nice if I had it in my possession. I paid for profit mail and now filled a claim with USPS. Should have had it days ago.

My grand daughter collects horse prints on canvas by Marcia Baldwin & this site has been a God send when I was seeking some harder to find prints at great prices. My daughter has requested the site so she can order more prints.
