Well I ordered a used item and it was boxed terribly and so of course when it shipped got destroyed. Some of the parts were missing for the amplifier but, the musician's Friend associate took care of it and sent me the parts that were no longer there that I need to use the amp so they made it right
I hope a great product, certainly for a great price. Easy transaction.

I just ordered a 14 inch snare hoop and when I clicked the checkout, there were two guitars that I never even chose, I am not a guitar player, I only order the snare hoop and now my order has two guitars that I did not order for more than $2000, would like to cancel this order immediately for those guitars, I just ordered a 14 inch snare hoop, I just set my alarm clock at 6 AM to call your live chat number in order to cancel this and fix this problem, once again I am not a guitar player. I did not order those guitars.

I ordered a mixer for my buddy’s dj set up and the company called saying it was broke. I needed it for Friday the 13th. I called musicians friend on the 11th and spoke with Brian F. He was extremely helpful and had a new mixer on my door step on the 12th. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received!!

The guitar shipped did not match the description or photos. Still a nice Strat but not what is listed. Not a limited edition and no badges on the head stock as shown. Misleading at best dishonest at worst.

Ordered on Feb 8. Confirmation and everything seemed fine. I never heard that something went wrong, or anything about my order. So, I called on the 12th. It was never coming. The store sold it before I bought it. It was never taken off of either Musicians' Friend or Guitar Center's website. Well, if someone bothered to let me know, I'd be fine. But I heard nothing. That's all I need to know to buy somewhere else.

Apparently I don’t get points for this purchase even though I opened a synchrony card and put it on that and it said it on your website. Essentially 120 bucks or so of points I was mislead on
