This is my first purchase after having a terrible online experience on a used guitar at a competitor. This was far superior even though the price was a little more. I received notification immediately... See more

The selection was great. The prices were fair. The guitar I bought was a good deal and a rare guitar and to use financing online is awesome. I went to. Musicians, friends website found my item use my charge card and my guitar will be in my hand in five days. Awesome Cleo Dumas.

Very cool batteries. Definitely noticed the difference using these batteries in my pedals. I also used these batteries for my acoustic-electric guitar and sounded great but sounded the same as alkaline batteries.

A bit hard to find what looking for. Also , could use view of back of Pickguard and instructions
arrived damaged. seller offered 10% back and it wasnt applied to my card.
as well as synchrony bank reducing my available balance from 1200 to 250 when i have never missed a payment and maintained a zero balance the entire time ive had the card spending $1000’s already. i will no longer use them or you for any future purchases. your customer service is great but your banking partners are the exact opposite. they said they continuously run my credit to monitor my worthiness??? ive never been late on any of my cards and are all in good standing, i just have low balances from christmas. absolute slap in the face and i will take my business elsewhere. im launching an entire production company at Firewave912.com so you just lost lots of future business.

I was helped by Nick McVicker, who did an outstanding job. I saw a guitar earlier today at a local Guitar Center, also offered on MF. Spoke with Nick, explained my issues with shipping, security, leaving an item on my front porch while I'm at work, etc. Basically, Nick got the deal done with a shipping solution that satisfied by safety and security concerns, and I got the guitar of my dreams! He went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his help!

I purchased a product several days ago. Today I got an email saying order was canceled. The email included a link to an alternative, but the link does nothing. This is on the tail of about three disappointing (non)transactions with Musician’s Friend/Guitar Center, online and in person.

I bought it new Marshall dsl 100 the one they sent was in a 5150 box wrapped in with no footswitch with obvious signs of use and a generic ACcord 2weeks ago I purchased an AC 30 it came with no AC CABLE and no Footswitch that was in the picture before the and when I did the picture and description immediately disappeared prior to that I bought a used es 335 with a neck so twisted I can only use it for Slide (it took my guitar tech about 30 days to get to it)it’s pretty much junk I WANT MY NEW MARSHALL DSL 100 instead of the crap they sent me

Nic has been my MF agent for all my recent purchases. He’s gone beyond the normal call of duty to assist with information regarding items then helping me navigate Fortiva for making purchases. You have an excellent employee in Nic, please do your best to keep him around!

Poorly functioning web page prevented me from placing the order on line. Tried twice, finally had to call it on…a very unsatisfactory buying experience. Delayed my purchase by 3 days. Wanted products for the weekend but that was no longer possible. Grrrrrrr…..

Ordered the Mitchell T433CE BST from Musicians Friend online . Upon arrival I opened it and noticed the box was chewed up. I took the guitar out and left it overnight to acclimate to the temperature of my house before tuning it. Got up this morning, tried to tune it but I guess the neck was out of wack. When buying a $500 guitar, I should be able to pull it out of the box and tune it and play it. I’m not a professional and am disabled so me searching for a professional to set it up is not happening.

The customer service is horrid. Musician's Friend sends emails and posts guarantees on their website, that they can't fulfill, don't care whether or not they honor, and gaslight the customer for having expectations. I was treated like trash, got upset, was hung up on twice, then received a call from a supposed supervisor who doubled down on the company's miserable efforts while complaining about his feelings. I spent a lot of money with this company over the years, and today's experience nauseates me.
