This is my first purchase after having a terrible online experience on a used guitar at a competitor. This was far superior even though the price was a little more. I received notification immediately... See more

Karl Simon was awesome. Very helpful and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it! Kudos, as well, to the guys in the Reserve warehouse (Cody Coffman and Jeromy Mills) who picked a few guitars from stock and took many pictures for me. Sealed the deal!

Apparently I don’t get points for this purchase even though I opened a synchrony card and put it on that and it said it on your website. Essentially 120 bucks or so of points I was mislead on

I ordered an item, that was listed as "In Stock" of the afternoon of Friday, 2/06/2026. I have received an email that indicates that my order has been received. (I followed a link in that email to this feedback page...) It's now the end of the business day on Tuesday, 2/10/2026, and I haven't been notified if this item has shipped. Has it shipped, and if not, when will it be shipped? It's a small item (guitar pedal...) and I'm disappointed that it hasn't been shipped in more than two business days, since the order was processed. If the item is NOT in stock, I am not willing to wait for the order to be filled, and I will purchase it somewhere else. Please let me know what I can expect to happen.

Ordered a guitar that was listed as excellent condition, and what I got was a guitar so dried out that it was unplayable. Every fret was sticking out way past the neck and very sharp. Returned it and ordered a second guitar and it showed up with a case different from the advertisement, and which was way too big for the Grand Concert guitar I ordered. I was told I'm out of luck and they wouldn't live up to the advertisement. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I had moved my business to Sweetwater because of the associates that work with clients. Eric has changed my mind. He worked to get me the right guitar at the right price. Job well done.

Always easy to order, good selection. In today's world though, 5-8 business days to delivery is bad business.
Well, I got a message for what I thought was a good discount (about $70) off the $279.99 retail price. Before the bass arrived I saw the exact same bass selling for $150 from Musicians Friend/Guitar Center. So the bass looks nice, came without any set up (which is expected at the price) but I'm annoyed that I could have saved another $60. I called Musician's Friend, discussed with Santos who refunded the difference. First rate experience.

This is my second "purchase" from your company. November, same item. Showed as available and ready to ship. I purchased the item and immediately received a notification, it is back ordered. This was a Christmas present for my kid. As a "backordered" item my expectation was it would auto ship once stock was reinstated. Days passed, weeks passed, then a month. Your "in stock" notification email went straight to my spam folder. So, it stayed in stock and never shipped to me. As I did make a promise to my son, yesterday I decided to find a different company and proceed with a guitar purchase. Clearly I forgot this company's name as low and behold, its on back order yet again. Hey, here is an idea for you and your procurement system. If the item is not in stock? Just do not advertise the product as a ready to ship item?! Thanks and BTW I will not be purchasing my drum set with your company. Falsely advertising "in stock" is not cool.

The item I purchased specifically said hard case included. The guitar arrived in good condition, but no case. I sent a follow up email requesting a solution to this issue, but never received a response. Disappointed that the product did not include the case as described and no response from the company.

Thank you for Fender GTX100 paper weight/door stop. I ordered this used amplifier it arrived on a 46 degree day and was on the porch 2 hours (based on tracking data). I opened the box left everything sitting for a couple hours to climatize in my house. When I went to try it out I discovered there was no power cord. I dug through all of the packing materials, the shipping box several times (as well as the amp cabinet), and the area near the unboxing - nothing. I called customer service who called the branch manager of the Wichita store. They could not send a replacement that day but promised to over night fed ex the next day. This was Tuesday. It is Thursday after close if business and the end of my local UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex delivery days. There is no tracking for a replacement in my email or on my apps for those delivery services. My amp looks beautiful. I don't know if it going to be a paperweight or a door stop. First thing in the morning customer service and I will be having a serious conversation.
There are enough musical instrument/accessory stores online. Skip this one they don't double check shipments (there was a power cord in the photos) and don't follow thru with customer service.

I ordered a Warwick bass from Musician’s Friend and received a completely different instrument—an Ibanez.
I contacted customer support within five minutes of delivery to report the mistake. What followed was hours of back-and-forth with multiple agents who all refused to provide a basic solution.
Instead of issuing a prepaid return or arranging a pickup for the incorrect item they sent, I was told they needed to “investigate” before they would do anything. During this time, they refused to confirm whether they would cover storage or shipping costs and would not provide any clear resolution.
In other words:
• They sent the wrong instrument.
• They won’t take it back yet.
• They won’t pay for shipping or storage.
• They won’t offer a solution until their internal investigation is finished.
I’m currently preparing for a move and now have to deal with a large, expensive item I never ordered because of their mistake.
This is not how a major retailer should handle a simple shipping error. A prepaid return or pickup should have been issued immediately. Instead, I wasted hours trying to get someone to take responsibility.
Extremely frustrating experience, and I would think twice before ordering high-value instruments from them again.

The item I ordered was advertised as in stock. It’s not , I was offered return open box from Guitar Center, which I declined, I want new in box.
Even though the item wasn’t in stock, I talked to a gear tech (trying to cancel my order)and got the same model (less limited edition) and I’m very happy with it. Thank you….

I used the online chat - I knew I wanted an upgrade guitar but that is about all I knew. Justin K. the salesman was fantastic. I guess he stayed with me for 45 min discussing my options / priorities etc. when we decided that the Yamha was the best fit for me I was 100% confident in that selection and completed the order.
