Returns are expensive

Unfortunately received less than 1/2 the purchase price on a return due to shipping costs. Wish my daughter had ordered the item through Target.

Great experience

Great experience, I was having Tony H help me order a specific guitar from a store, he found it and sent me links to complete the sale. Either the internet or my computer was acting up, it took us 3 or 4 times to get it to go through. He was patient, super helpful, knowledgeable, and went way out of his way to get me hooked up. I would give him a 15/10 in a world of mostly marginal customer service. Thanks again!

Excellent Customer Service!

Ava Bollinger made my experience great!...She made an unexpected issue with a Yamaha mixer as easy as it could ever be to get it replaced. She quickly got things done to get me another mixer overnight as I have a gig in just a couple of days. This is why you guys are the best in customer relations. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly!

Ava Bollinger is the bomb

Ava Bollinger is the bomb! She is so sweet and helpful. Guitar Center, however, needs improvement. I ordered a Line-6 HX and the Guitar Center the product was sourced from claimed it was new... it's NOT new. This is like the 3rd or 4th time they have erroneously/falsely claimed an item to be "new" while empirical evidence proves otherwise. I contacted Line-6 (Yamaha) directly, and their representative informed/confirmed that the specific Line-6 HX I received was in fact NOT NEW. These scenarios cost Musician's Friend time and money and could EASILY be avoided.

Who knows when my order will show up?

You guys get 5 stars for the price and ease of ordering, and the email confirmation of the order.

But I placed this order on Saturday, and haven’t heard a word outside that email. No tracking, no “it’s on the way!”, not even “we got the order, and we’ll send tracking info”. Nothing.
