The gear advisor I worked with was on his game, having first hand experience with the product I was calling about, quick access to various product locations, quick access to Gibson detailed descriptions and knowledge of all discounts I had available. I hope he stays with Musicians Friend for a long time. I will try to contact him the next time I want to make a purchase and/or talk about gear.

paid next day air & it did not arrive today. order placed yesterday MORNING--- i was refunded on the next day air....but the guitar had no case! this listing said nothing one way or another-- how do you spend so much for no case-- is was not well packaged-- i hope the guitar is ok???

I just want to say that the rep I spoke too was great. He answered all my questions and offered advice on my choice. He also convinced me about the warranty available, something I never do. Give him credit for that as well. This is the second guitar I have purchased from Musicians Friend. I will continue to come back
