DON"T JOIN! Extremely Un-Professional management.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Muttii. After applying for an HR position and going through a successful interview, I received an offer. They requested my documents and asked me to complete an assessment, which I did over the weekend.

However, things took a bizarre turn when I received an email withdrawing a contract for a Business Development Manager role—something I never applied for. After contacting HR and the manager, they reassured me that this was a mistake and that I was still set to start in the HR role on Monday. But just 30 minutes before my start time, I received another email, this time withdrawing the offer for the HR position altogether.

I immediately reached out for clarification. The HR department initially ignored my messages, but when they finally responded, they claimed I hadn’t completed the assessment—something I had already done and even provided proof of. They asked me to log in again, but by that time, the entire day had been wasted.

To make matters worse,owner, personally called me after I escalated the issue, only to treat me rudely and dismissively. I’ve seen several other reviews with similar complaints, and now I understand why. Thankfully, my previous employer was kind enough to take me back after I explained the situation, sparing me from further chaos with this unprofessional company.

Don't join! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Update 23 December, 2024: The CEO has now begun sharing my wife's personal information, including her ID card and photos from platforms like Teams and Slack, on various channels. Avoid joining this company if you value your privacy and safety.

My wife recently had a truly frustrating experience with Muttii that I feel compelled to share. After applying for an HR position and successfully interviewing, she was offered the job. They requested her documents and asked her to complete an assessment, which she diligently did over the weekend.

Things took a strange turn when she received an email withdrawing an offer for a Business Development Manager role—something she never applied for. She reached out to HR and her manager, who assured her it was a mistake and confirmed that she was still scheduled to start in the HR role on Monday. However, just 30 minutes before her start time, she received yet another email, this time rescinding the offer for the HR position entirely.

Desperate for answers, she contacted HR, but her messages were largely ignored. When they finally responded, they claimed she hadn’t completed the assessment, despite her having proof that she had done so. They asked her to log in again, but by then, she had already lost an entire day waiting for clarification.

As if that wasn’t enough, the owner, called her after she escalated the situation and spoke to her in a rude and dismissive manner. I've come across several reviews from others who had similar experiences, and it's clear that there's a pattern of unprofessionalism here. Thankfully, her previous employer welcomed her back after she explained what happened, sparing her from dealing with this chaotic company.

I also found it amusing that their HR commented on someone’s profile accusing them of data theft. Considering that Muttii is a cybersecurity firm, it raises questions about how they can offer security services while failing to secure their own data!

I had a really bad experience with Muttii, and I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. I worked for this company for a month, but they refused to pay me my salary. Muttii seems to have a habit of hiring freshers and then removing them without any notice at the end of the month. They also stopped responding to my messages and blocked me on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Slack.

The company's owner liam smith is incredibly unprofessional and has no idea how to treat employees or customers with respect. My advice is to be cautious if you are considering working for them or buying any products or hosting services from this company.

I have used Muttii Group for several years now. It is encouraging to know that if I need a backup when the PC has been affected somehow, I can retrieve it from my external drive. My brother also uses this extensively and I have set up other folks' computers with Muttii as well. Thanks for having such a great product and always working to improve it. I do have a hard time sometimes navigating the options, like having the computer bring up a quick link to Muttii when starting up. My brother is a programmer by trade and often helps me navigate to fix PC issues.
