Still no refund after MY PICTURE delivered my print to a completely different address, not in my road thats for sure- the photo shows a block paved area of which there are none anywhere near me. No one knocked on the door- I was in sat 3m away from the door. A generic email stating their tracking said it was delivered" NEARBY"!! Most people expect a parcel to be delivered to their address!!! I have since ordered and received a print from POSTSNAP- a great British family run business, not a cloned company in Germany. I will pursue my refund through paypal as I have no faith in it coming from My Picture- TOTAL DROSS COMPANY.

Took weeks to communicate and I never received my canvas, they said delivered on the 6th August 2026 but I never received it, they so far won't take responsibility and say talk to the courier, even though that's not my job I did they say talk to the retailer! So far I'm out of pocket, out of patience, been bounced around like a rubber ball and I still don't have my canvas of my lovely grandson's.
I've asked for a refund but they just keep cramming my inbox by sending me adds and offers to take up. Somebody please help.
