Could have made it better…
Got a canvas done of my son's dog to send to America, it came back lovely apart from the white line down one side which spoils the picture when I looked at my order I couldn't see the white mark ...if it was there you can see it's going to spoil the picture so they could have made it better.....other then I get a lot of canvas pictures this is the first one I'm not happy with

not very transparent with their turnaround times, says on the main page of their website 24hr turnaround, this is not true, i ordered without reading everything regarding shipping etc, like most people i needed in a hurry, now i have ruined the main thing for the christening..

Waited almost 3weeks to be told on several occassions that my canvas was on its way to the depot still recieved nothing and you can only speak with AI which gets ypu nowwhere other than standard reply even thpigh they say the have transferred you to a human agent

Our aluminium prints were printed gloss…
Our aluminium prints were printed gloss instead of matte. my-picture reprinted them. We had also complained about the colour reproduction of two of the pictures and they ignored our email before reprinting them. We decided to keep one of them but the third is unacceptable. We keep being asked to put a white sheet of paper next to the delivered item but the overexposure is plain for all to see.

Problem was on their end - no compensation given despite the lateness of the order
I really am not one to put a public complaint on about a company - this is my first! It was such a disappointing experience with this company. I ordered 3 personalised notebooks for end of term gifts. The website said, 2 working days production then delivery - allow 5-9 working days TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. 5 working days after the order was placed, my order status was still in production, so I sent an email asking for a refund as my order had still not been made and it was too late. I was told no because my order was personalised, despite the fact that it hadn't actually been made yet!!!
Despite me fully explaining in my email that these were gifts and they were too late to give, I had had to buy alternative gifts and that the order was still in production stage - there was no understanding or appreciation from a Victoria Harvey in her email replies to me other than to quote Article 312, Section 2, Nr.1 of the German Civil Code to me! I laughed out loud at this because I have the time or the inclination to read it!!! And reiterated in her email that they were unable to offer any kind of refund other than the shipping cost because I was going to get the product! When? Who knew!
The time and effort spent in the emails back and forth, was purely due to the disappointment of not being able to give the books as gifts. I would have been happy with half of the amount spent to be refunded - but no! I did reply back with that I am well aware that it is the discretion of the company as to whether they offer any refunds - not articles!
After 18 days of my order being placed I received the books. Not the highest quality but at least I have them. I accepted the shipping cost refund - £6 - as I was advised that now that I had received the product, the shipping cost is all they would offer! Despite it being too late to give as gifts!!!
I did receive an email from John Scott, who acknowledged that the delay was on their part - but still only offered the shipping cost as a refund!!!
I am so very disappointed as I did like the variety that the website offered. As someone who loves to give personalised gifts - I will not ever use these again, and will not recommend them either!!
