I feel the priority of this company is to get you in for surgery so they get your money.
I do not feel that the priority is on helping women to achieve the breasts they long for, and may have longed for all their lives.
I feel the pre op consultations were rushed.
I was contacted daily asking for full payment to pay for my surgery weeks prior to the surgery.
I was entitled to a small amount of cash back through my company health care insurance. Although this would cost the company nothing at all, this was questioned, and in spite of paying a hefty deposit, and having had a consultation, was told to wait until after my surgery. I have done this but there has been no response to my detailed email asking for an invoice for my consultations and surgery.
I am 1 week post surgery and I have had 1 quick phone call to check I’m OK, and no post op appointment made in spite of me ringing the clinic 3 times to try and organise this myself. (1 appointment was booked during one of the calls I made, but I have been trying for 2 days to let them know I can’t attend this appointment).
I have been promised that someone would contact me, but this has not happened. tomorrow I return to work having had no post operative check up, care, wounds looked at, breast alignment looked at.
Terrible post operative care for a costly private operation.
This company just wants your money.
I’d look elsewhere if you’re looking to spend your own hard earned money for a high cost, intimate, personal breast surgery experience. You deserve to feel cared for.

I attended the Birmingham clinic today and had such a lovely experience. All the girls were super welcoming and very helpful, I was supported by Laura, Rhian and Sarah throughout my consultation with Dr Lahoud and couldn’t have asked for more from them. I had Rachel Phipps for my Nurse app and she was wonderful, very thorough/helpful and answered any questions I had whilst making me feel at ease about moving forward as did all the girls there today.
Dr Lahoud was great and I feel relaxed to have him as my surgeon.

I attended the Birmingham clinic today for my final post-op appointment. Rhian and Laura from Mya assisted me today and both were very lovely, polite and helpful. I also want to mention Sarah as she has been a godsend throughout the whole process with any questions or queries I had she was very quick to respond and very kind and understanding. Surgeon was Dr Lahoud and I honestly couldn’t have received better treatment. I recommend Mya to help make those changes to your life… go for it you won’t regret it! I am so grateful to the whole Mya team. Thank you so much for giving me confidence and helping me every step of the way to achieve my goal.

Was warmly greeted by Laura and Rhian who also was my chaperone and the whole entire experience was smooth and pleasant. The consultant was very honest and informative about what I was looking for and wanted. I was happy to book straight away as felt comfortable with the entire process. I was taken through to Sarah my personal coordinator whom I booked a date for surgery and she was really lovely. Cannot wait for this to be done!!

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start to my cosmetics journey. All staff are friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Would 100%!

What can I say, from start to finish MYA have been absolutley brilliant. Every member of MYA have been so friendly and kind, I have felt relaxed my entire Journey. My personal representative was always on hand and replied to all my messages within a day. The portal is so easy and user friendly.

My Surgeon Dr Giannas was amazing, I instantly felt in safe hands and listened to his advice. His consultation was personal, he gave me his full attention. He was kind, knowledgeable, and honest about my choices. On the day of surgery he gave me a warm smile, and made me feel at ease as I was nervous. He told me exactly what he was planning to do. And today 10 days post op my bandages have been removed. When I looked in the mirror I felt so emotional and so happy. He really did an amazing Job and did everything he said he would.

The staff in Welbeck Hospital on the day of surgery were brilliant. All friendly, kind and funny. I was treated with such respect and kindness, unrushed and completey understood. Shout out to my nurse Joanna who made my day, she was so funny with a dry sense of Humor. She couldnt have done anymore for me, she took fantastic care of me. I also shout out to the anthesist who was kind and calming as he put me to sleep.

Post op wise MYA rang me withjn a few days to check up on me and asked if I needed anything. My original post op appointment was booked for london and I asked them if I could move it to the essex clinic as I was still so sore and I live in essex. They done it immediately without hesitation. My post op nurses were wonderful and I felt so relaxed as they removed the bandages.

Overall MYA you have changed my life. My eyes water with emotion as I write this because I honestly couldnt thank you and your staff enough. I finally feel like a woman, and the experience has been beyond amazing.

My girlfriend has been wanting cosmetics surgery for years. We went to the London clinic and my girlfriend felt straight at ease with the friendly and welcoming staff. The chaperone especially made the experience as a whole. A massive thank you to Ciara!

I’ve always had a great experience with all the staff at MYA whenever I visited the clinic, but I wanted to mention Ciara specifically. She’s such a friendly face and always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can really tell she genuinely cares about patients which made me feel so much more at ease before my appointments. I’d definitely recommend MYA (and especially Ciara!) to anyone who asks 🩷

My 1st post op after surgery was great! From the minute you enter and the moment you leave everyone is so welcoming.

I saw both Nurse Rachel’s for my appointment and I was pleased of the outcome. I’ve had no pain following breast surgery only discomfort from tightness and slight back ache.

Very happy with my outcome and how Nurse Rachel took care with my bandages and dressing. Felt confident!

All nice and polite until the procedure is complete and they have your money. Level of aftercare is shocking, no help on 2 occasions now. Being directed to my GP for help rather than there local clinic which their website advises!
Updated 20th January 2026. Still no email received from Mya and a confirmed breast rupture from another clinic! Mya refused to see me and receptionists attitude is appalling. Will not be returning here.

Tracey was amazing on my pre operation assessment. She answered any questions I had and concerns. Appointment time was on time and I feel relaxed now ready for the operation.

Had my 1 week post op with Racheal and I think the nurse shadowing her was also Racheal they were both so lovely, I was feel very overwhelmed and very emotional my pain was actually ok, i was struggling with trapped wind and I was given advice to help with that, they both sat talking to me calming me done when I had a meltdown, I even got a hug which I really needed, I was in the room a long time but I didn’t feel rushed and by the time I left o felt much better, so thank you so much it meant a lot xxxx

I was very pleased with the result of my surgery. However the aftercare has been appalling.

I have had two infections due to stitches not dissolving.

I’ve been told that the surgeon needs to remove the stitches, however, clinic staff have continually failed to book me an appointment with the surgeon.

I was treated by a private doctor for the first infection and now I have a second infection in the same breast and clinic staff are literally ignoring my calls and failing to call me back to offer any form of treatment.

Shockingly low level of aftercare. Especially when I am currently suffering with a green bubble under my nipple which is painful and clearly infected.

I will be contacting my GP tomorrow to try and get some antibiotics as MYA are completely ignoring the infection and the risk it poses (such as sepsis) and will not book me an appointment with the surgeon to remove the stitches which have failed to dissolve.

My experience with MYA has been second to none from the initial telephone consultation to now being 6 weeks post op for a lift and implants. Mr Samouris has done a fantastic job and all the staff I’ve dealt with along the way too. Beccy and Trish at the clinic for my 1,2 and 6 weeks post op appointments made me feel so comfortable and every appointment has run smoothly. The staff at First Trust during and after the surgery were a pleasure to be in the hands of. Thanks to you all. Highly recommend.

Aside from the travelling everything has been amazing I chose a medical procedure which needs actioning and the consultant was tremendous. You worry about cost but truly everyone is knowledgable and helpful and mya are in fact a
Good top of the market company. I spent months researching and had several consultations the mya team were far superior to others and are the choice for me. 5 stars

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
