Everybody was so friendly, professional and polite. They answered every question I had and went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. I enquired to change my implant size and this was sorted and I was shown new sizes with no hesitation at all. I would 100% recommend mya to everyone .

I want to say a massive thank you to the amazing Dr. Samouris for my uplift surgery. I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he made me feel completely at ease, gave the best advice, and the results are absolutely incredible. He is truly talented, and I’m so happy with the outcome.

My experience with Mya has been amazing from start to after surgery. Prior to consultation, it was between Mya and another known company- however after my initial telephone consultation Mya won me over with their outstanding CQC rating and the fact that they only use surgeons who have 20 years plus experience. All of the staff have been amazing, friendly and so approachable throughout. I had an uplift and implants with Mr Samouris who I had already heard lots of positive stories about. He was not very talkative however made me feel really at ease and I was confident that he knew his stuff! I am extremely happy with the results and the service I have received at every aspect of my care so far. This has involved appointments at the Manchester clinic, Leeds clinic and the op taking place in Preston. All buildings were immaculately clean and modern, and my appointments all went ahead as planned- both pre and post op care. I could not fault Mya at all!

Had my nurse vitals appointment with Rachel and another Rachel who was shadowing- 16/09/25 Both nurses were absolutely amazing. So attentive, approachable and knowledgable. They even gave me help and guidance on other medical concerns that I voiced. After passing out after the blood test they really looked after me, I was given 2x cups of tea and biscuits and had such lovely conversations. I really felt heard and understood whilst chatting about my upcoming procedure. Thank you so much for looking after me!

I highly recommend breast surgery with MYA

In person visits to Birmingham and video calls have been great however patient coord side has been poor due to leavers and sickness (one left and then the other went off for a tummy tuck) so I was left with unanswered questions and a real feeling of disorganisation. When I raised this it was dealt with quickly but I then had lots of appointments crammed into a small space of time due to the lack of comms. This has left me uncertain of the quality of the business operations and nervous about the procedure I’m going to have next week.

Brilliant experience today with MYA today, visited the new Belbroughton location in Birmingham
Friendly professional team made me feel welcome met with my surgeon fully explained everything to me and my options made sure i was happy and understood the procedure . Big shout out to Sarah and the team for making the whole experience worry free and cant recommend highly enough 10/10

I had my breast augmentation in May and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve made!
I had Dr Giannas preform the surgery and he was fantastic. He had explained that he may not be able to get the size implants in that I wanted but he managed it and they look fantastic. I had gone from an A to a 30F but still natural looking like I wanted.
The recovery was rough for the first few days but I had rang the help line and was told this was normal and to give it another few days which I did and 2 days later I felt 100X better.
Every single person I have had contact with, met have been amazing. I truly couldn’t wish for a better experience. I was incredibly nervous but would happily go to MYA again for any other surgery.
Thank you for giving me the confidence I’ve always needed.

I want to give another shout out to Ciara, simply because of the huge positive impact she’s had during all my pre op and post op appointments and recovery.
I had Ciara in the room with me during my first ever consult with the surgeon, and I’ve just had her in my last consult with the surgeon - after an amazing BR procedure (thank you Mr Samouris, you’ve changed my life!).
Having the 5* customer service has truly elevated my whole experience, and I have looked forward to seeing Ciara every time I go in. I will actually miss her!

I stared my breast augmentation journey in April 2025. From my initial contact up to now the experience has been incredible. Everyone at MYA is friendly, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for everything.
My consultation with Dr Giannas was so informative and I knew from that second he was the surgeon for me and I couldn’t wait to get my surgery date booked.
I had my operation in July and everything was effortless, I was well looked after at the London hospital and Dr Giannas made sure I was comfortable with everything! I was never nervous only excited to finally have the procedure done.
Post op care with MYA was amazing and all my follow up appointments with nurse Rachel at the Birmingham clinic were fantastic.
I am so in love with the results, they look so natural and perfect, and well beyond my expectations. My only regret is not having it done sooner!
I cannot recommend MYA enough and I would never have chosen anyone else to have this experience with!

Amazing service and such a lovely team of staff so caring and knowledgeable and really genuine. Extremely happy with my results

I had been thinking about getting a breast reduction for years, I decided to take the leap and contacted MYA and it was the best decision I have made. When I contacted MYA for a breast reduction I was made aware that I actually would be classed for Gigantomastia.

Dr Giannas was my surgeon and he made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and done an amazing job I couldn’t be happier! My post op nurse was Sibel and Joanna who also were amazing during my recovery.

I am 3 and a half months post op and the happiest I’ve ever felt.

Amazing friendly team at MYA they made me feel welcome from the first telephone call. Harley Health Village was amazing and took great care. My surgeon explained everything that would be happening and guided me to what I needed. Jo and Sible at the London clinic really looked after me.

My appointment was at the Alderley Edge site with Dr Samouris on 24/08 and was highly frustrating.
The clinic was running late so my appointment was an hour behind, I can understand that. However, when meeting Dr Samouris, he greeted me yet continued to text on his phone for 2/3 minutes whilst I sat there in silence.

His recommendation was for a breast uplift, yet didn’t talk through the risks or disadvantages of this.
For example, From other consultations I had previously had, I knew that a “dog ear” could happen and is a risk but Dr Samouris didn’t mention it. I raised it and got sort of “ah yes” response which I found not very informative.
Overall I left the consultation very deflated. It felt rushed, I felt like I was just another number to MYA and that Dr Samouris really couldn’t be bothered being there on a bank holiday weekend.

Appreciate that I cannot comment on the actual surgery taking place, however there is absolutely no way I would be willing to pay nearly £9k and literally put my life in their hands based on this consultation by going ahead and booking surgery.

I was so nervous before I came and honestly I couldn’t feel better when I left honestly I feel so much better after talking to you guys I couldn’t appreciate it more thanks guys !!!
