Bad quality
I was really disappointed with the quality of the pram we brought we returned it straight away and was made to pay a £20 delivery fee the entire pram was made out of cheap bendy plastic if I could give 0 starts I would truly disappointed.

We offer a range of return options to suit our customers, including returns from £10, a £20 home collection service, or you're welcome to use your own courier if you prefer.
In relation to the frame, a degree of flexibility is intentional and forms part of the design. This allows the pushchair to absorb movement during everyday use. If the frame were completely rigid, it would be much more likely to crack or snap under normal stresses.

Absolutely not worth it.
We pre-ordered our pram on 21 May with an expected delivery date of 14 June. We are now at the beginning of August and still have no pram.
Throughout this process, we were repeatedly promised updates, but all we have received are generic emails stating that the delay is out of the company’s control. I understand that delays can happen, but a delay of almost two months is completely unacceptable, especially when our baby is due to arrive within the next few days.
Every time we contact customer service, the responsibility seems to be passed elsewhere. There is no phone number to speak to someone directly, and the responses via email and Facebook Messenger feel like standard template replies rather than genuine customer support.
The company did offer us a different pram, but that isn’t a fair solution. We ordered the specific pram we wanted and shouldn’t have to settle for an alternative because of their supply issues.
This experience has completely lost our trust. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I would urge anyone considering buying from them to think carefully before placing an order

Unfortunately, the MB450 Luxe range experienced shipment delays that were outside of our control. We completely understand how frustrating this has been. The dispatch date provided at the time of ordering was always an estimated date based on the information available to us, but we appreciate that this doesn't make the extended delay any less disappointing.
We offered an alternative model as an option for customers who needed a pushchair sooner, but we completely understand that this wasn't the model you chose and why you preferred to wait for your original order.

Avoid at all costs, the pram came broken! And now they are ghosting me after I’ve told them the one they had resent hasn’t been delivered even tho it was marked as delivered, I have sent multiple emails with a baby due this week and they still haven’t responded!!!

Amazing stroller I definitely recommend
I bought the my babiie mb450 from the good as new section and it was listed as grade b, and honestly it’s perfect. The box was original but slightly battered and the stroller is immaculate. I love how this stroller can face and collapse both parent and world facing. The extra large sun canopy is amazing and the extendable handle. At its highest height it’s even comfortable for my partner to push who is 6ft 4. I love that it comes with the rain cover and cosy toes too. Only downside that I’ve found is it’s quite heavy when collapsed and the seat seems a bit too hard in comparison to my egg pram but for a stroller that ticks all the other boxes and the price I can’t complain as I needed something that folds down smaller than my normal pram. I’ve tried it out and it pushes smoothly and baby didn’t seem uncomfortable. Delivery was also excellent as it came next day.
