I gave 4 stars as the bed frame we had was over a year old so not under guarantee when it broke. I gave 4 stars as it was easy to contact them and they advised I could buy the part we needed to repair the bed. We did this and it was ordered and sent super quick and they were really helpful and we now have the bed frame back working and not had to buy a new one. I am not sure if it was the fault in the frame or user error. Because it had not happened with the other bed and they are good quality bed frames.

I purchased the Miami Metal Bed Frame in black, the price was great and the delivery was prompt. The bed frame was easy to set up and it looks great. I’m very happy with the bed and the customer service was excellent.

Ordered a phoenix wooden ottoman from this website and I am really pleased with the quality of the product. It was really easy to order and received my order promptly, the delivery guys were great and put it where I required it.
I had to get in touch with the company to find out if my text for confirmation of delivery had been received as I hadn’t heard anything else back from them once I had sent my text back to them, this was confirmed to me that it was going ahead and didn’t have to wait on hold for long. Great service overall :)

From purchase through confirmation and delivery updates, to the delivery itself, I received excellent service, for the Ellie Headboard and Divan Bed Base that I ordered. I have mobility problems, and this bed was just the right height for me to use, & not too high for a 5ft 4" me! It is nice to find a company that still believes in first class care for their customers. Five stars.

Bedframe purchased for my son, and we were happy to receive it quick time, as he had broken his previous bed.

I have just taken delivery of a 5ft divan base and headboard. Customer service from Kizzie has been outstanding. The headboard was only available through the sister company HCB, however Kizzie dealt with that and the bed base together which made a seamless purchase experience and ensured the material match. I would definitely recommend this company. Delivery was fast through HCBs own transport and the driver deserves praise too. Items look solid and durable and have a 10 year guarantee.

I placed an order for a bedframe and mattress that were delivered separately. There was unfortunately a delay on the bedframe, which required me to phone a couple of times to enquire. I am nevertheless rating 5 stars because I was really impressed by the customer service. The phone was answered immediately on both occasions and the staff members (Nadia and Debbie) I spoke to were polite and really efficient in chasing the delivery and getting back to me with an answer. It's rare to get this level of service and I felt it was worth mentioning. Thank you!

Had to have my reinforced divan bed changed twice as it dipped. On the third time I asked to be fully refunded as the bed was just not working. I was told I would receive a full refund - I purchased the bed in 2022 and they refunded an expired card and account. I notified they team that I no longer had the account and was told to sort it out myself

Ordered the Croxley 2 Door 1 Drawer Wardrobe.
Very poor quality for the price. Worth 1/4 what I paid. Disappointed.
Delivery was slow but arrived in one piece.
I wish I ordered from Daals.

Great bed and arrived as arranged

The company itself is really good, the problem was with the actual delivery. On the website, it clearly states a 2 man delivery and the large item would be delivered to the "ROOM" of our choice. This is were it all went wrong, one of the delivery men stayed in the vehicle, my son had to go out and help the other person to get it into our property (building). Our son helped him to get it up the stairs to our flat. The sole delivery man then left the package outside the front door and would not bring it into our flat. Now, as a rule, I always tip a delivery driver. On this occasion no tip was given because they did not complete the delivery. I hope the people concerned are spoken to and told to complete the contract in full as laid down according to the companies website.

I had cause to return an item and thanks to, Kizzie, from customer service I was able to exchange and upgrade my bed with ease. An excellent service and would recommend.

Ordering was easy, the mattress was delivered very quickly. The delivery drivers had no problem with bringing the mattress up to our second floor flat.
The mattress fits the sofa bed perfectly, and our first guest who used it said she slept well on it
