If I could rate their Customer Service it would be zero!!!

If I could rate their Customer Service as below zero I would. For several months I was unable to access my Myerone account. I wrote numerous emails, complaints, rang numerous times and contacted live chat all to no avail. I was told someone would be in touch, a ticket was raised etc etc etc. NO ONE ever got in touch. After numerous months finally I got access to my account. In the meantime an offer came through to avail of a $20 reward. I contacted Myer AGAIN stating that I could not access my account and I wanted to avail of the reward. Again given the runaround and someone would contact me. Again no contact and reward expired. I contacted 3 seperate areas again explaining that during reward valid timeframe I was unable to access my account and could they please reactivate the $20 measly dollars or credit me with $20. Days later I was told reward expired ( like they were telling me something new!!) and that was that. No offer of good will, no offer to try and make amends for the many MONTHS I had been in contact with Myer trying to get access to my MyerOne. Just woeful. $20 from a multi billion dollar organisation. Shame on you Myer!!!

there are wiser people eating grass...

to those who work for Myer and are unhappy, I would recommend to collectively walk out because you deserve better and Myer needs to understand that their service and overall business structure matches the quality of a dead raccoon.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding my online order.

Less than six hours after placing my order late at night, I realised the delivery address was incorrect and contacted Myer as soon as your customer service centre reopened. I also contacted PayPal, who advised that this should be a matter that could be resolved directly with the seller.

I called Myer twice seeking assistance, but on both occasions I was told that nothing could be done and that I would simply have to wait for the courier. Given how quickly I contacted Myer after placing the order, I find it unreasonable that no attempt could be made to amend or cancel the order before dispatch.

This has been a very frustrating experience and falls well below the level of customer service I would expect. Customers should be able to receive assistance with a simple address correction when reported promptly after purchase.

I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and a response provided regarding why no action could be taken despite my immediate efforts to resolve the issue.

DON'T BUY FROM MYER ONLINE

I ordered from the sale items that in total was $580. I applied 3 Myer Gift Cards ( totalling $45) Then when I went through the checkout the voucher were removed and the $45 discount wasn't applied. I call "customer experience" only to be told there was nothing that could be done, but feel free to use the gift cards on another order....Really??? I asked to cancel the order and MIKA said he couldn't as it was not policy. I asked for a Manager, but (surprise, surprise) there was not one availble. This happened immediately after the order was place. If I hadn't been kept on hold for 30minutes, they might have help. WHO AM I KIDDING , THEY DON"T CARE. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY FROM MYER, THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I'LL be returning my order directly to a Myer store and I'll be seeing a manager

Do not order online from Myer

Do not order online from Myer. The worst customer service. I ordered a product 5 weeks ago. Never turned up. I emailed them 2 weeks ago. Not heard a thing from them. Now I just jumped onto their chat & the guy is useless and palmed me off saying he will get back to me via email in 7 business days. Dodgy.

How bad the service is in MYER Adelaide

Walked in to Myers Adelaide with my wife who had seen her make -up reduced
Got there, nothing of what she wanted on display.
Went to the next make up display Aesop, told by the young lady there. She said there is no one available to help us. Didn’t offer to look in a draw or cupboard etc, just walked off and totally ignored us. When I suggested “ how do people buy something“ no interest, went back to get internet monitor.
No sorry nothing.

Ordered cookware online from Myer…

Ordered cookware online from Myer during the Mother’s Day sales. The order never arrived, so I contacted support. It then took over a week just for them to investigate, only to eventually tell me the parcel was “lost in transit.”

After waiting nearly 4 weeks in total, all they did was refund the balance back onto a Myer gift card instead of properly compensating the customer experience or even offering any goodwill gesture. Their response was basically: “Feel free to order it again.”

The customer support experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve dealt with from an online retailer. Communication was extremely difficult, responses felt scripted, and there was very little ownership or care shown throughout the whole process. It genuinely felt no different to dealing with an online chatbot.

I’ve now reordered the same item and am just hoping the courier doesn’t lose it again.

Absolutely terrible experience, will never purchase online from Myer again.

Using Credit Card awards online

I intended to use my Credit Card award points for my online purchase but I mistakenly used by credit card instead. I picked this up straight away and contacted Myer online within a few minutes to see if I could correct this. However, Myer said that as soon as the order has been created it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Disgraceful Customer Service

Disgraceful Customer Service. Issue:
25/05/2026

Good afternoon

From at least 21/05/2026 to the end of promotion/discount 24/05/2026 the following item was showing online as Out of Stock:

Maxwell & Williams
White Basics Noodle Bowl 20cm
Product code 178473820
Item code 178470700

The price now is at $16.95 per bowl. Previously showing as 50% off per bowl.
Oddly on 25/05/2026 (today) the item is now showing as Back In Stock (Online) as confirmed by the Cairns Store this morning.

Initially I called the Customer Service Helpline who (after going away to check) eventually stated that, if only I'd taken a screenshot yesterday as proof. I stated at that time and uphold the view that:
1. I acknowledge hindsight is a wonderful thing
2. I'm not pleased that my integrity is in question. I understand people lie. I do not.
3. As I only require 4 bowls it is incredulous to think I'd try and con Myer out of $33.90. It's hardly a high end item. Current price for 4 bowls $67.80

The Customer Service Helpline were as helpful as possible and stated they could put me through to the local store (Cairns). I spoke to Sue (Cairns Store) from a different Department (as the other section holding the item were apparently busy). Sue was very helpful stating, "We've got lots". Bizarre out of stock for at least 4 days when on special but in stock the following day after the promotion ended. Mmmm......please explain?

Sue had to ask "someone else" about honouring the promotion. She sounded very optimistic. Whomever she spoke to clearly was not so "optimistic". I was told Myer, for $33.90, would not honour the promotion and upheld what appears,allegedly, to be some sort of scam. Items suddenly becoming available when back at full price....

As a customer, this has left a very bitter taste. Extremely disappointing service from Myer. I would expect better but maybe the quality customer service bar has been lowered to reflect the perceived demographic that they service.

I would like Myer to contact me regarding this issue. Phone or email.

Painful painful painful experience I…

Painful painful painful experience I will never order online ever again I always give people the benefit of doubt however 5 times contacting company no one listens I feel invisible 🫥 especially the online concierge chats 4 times trying to get assistance and no one listened they sent me a photo of the item delivered in another state one delivered with a different order number etc still not listening constantly passing on patiently and kindly. Still no package it's been a month, and no one seems to care I guess I just lost a lot of money and a lesson learned. It's not worth it guys, truly not worth it. Sorry and thank you

Less than one star

It seems I'm yet another person having issues with their online ordering system auto filling addresses and then being unable to change it despite calling immediately to request a change. Presumably because they've outsourced their distribution centres. I won't risk shopping through them next time, once they have your money, they're gone.

Zero star is too high

In actual fact, I would rate ZERO star because ONE star is too high. My order never arrived due to multiple errors starting from my address to dealing with them ( customer service) on the phone to either get my order or get a refund and this was the worst part, the manager would take the call on the first time only, then never call back as advised and never took my call and the excuse was always ( busy or in a meeting) as if they never finished a meeting or a one call from 0900am to 0500pm, they don’t have the appropriate training in dealing with customers, even the staff when I asked to connect me to someone higher than this manager, the response was ( there is no one higher) as if they are talking to a stupid or ignorant person, Myer should be ashamed of employing people like those staring from junior staff to managers, after 3 weeks of trying and waiting , I insisted to talk to someone otherwise I wouldn’t get off the phone.
I didn’t accept ending the call without getting my refund as I was notified from the people on the wrong address that the courier went back and collected the parcel, yet they were refusing to issue my refund and kept saying “ we’re investigating “ which made me mad. Finally I was advised that they will because I refused to end the call without hearing this statement “ we’ll process the refund “ that wasn’t easy for me , doesn’t even worth the bad health conditions that I went through however it is a principle.

Customer service is absolutely appalling, 18 min hold followed by a girl who wpuldnt know what day it was, she then has to put me on hold again for another 10 min then conveniently for her I get disconnected

After waiting 10 days for my online…

After waiting 10 days for my online item to arrive, I decided to call customer service where I waiting 24 minutes for my call to be answered. Not only were they unable to locate my parcel, they refused to refund on the spot saying I would need to wait another 5 days so they could locate my product. The lady on the phone also let it slip that they would need to find out from the distributor, so it turns out, I didn't buy the product from Myer at all. Very poor form. $300 out of pocket with zero action or next steps taken. I suppose I will continue to wait it out.
