Worse Customer Service
28/12/2025 Placed order online, received Dispatch Tracking number 29/12/25, called Myer 06/01/26 no updates on tracking number, I was told by a team member they will follow up. Called on Friday 09/01/26 and was told a manager was to return my call and that I had to wait 5 business days for the courier’s to get back to Myers. I missed the call from the manager and returned the call straight away to be told someone will call me within 24 business hours.
I then had to call Myer back Thursday 15/01/26 because no one had called me, I requested someone to call me because I wanted my money back, yet again was told someone will call within 24hrs - still NO CALL. I am starting to think that MYER has scammed me out of $199! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Purchased items lost.
Bought x3 dinner sets in the sales. Three weeks later rang to query about delivery, they managed to find one box but have no idea where the other x2 are. Service is nonexistent with replys of wait 3 to 8 business days each phone call.
Myers has lost its sparkle.
As a longtime customer I will definitely be rethinking any future online purchases.

Online order from Dotti did not arrive
Online order from Dotti did not arrive, emailed customer service on 28 Nov 2025 who after alleged contact with the courier declared parcel lost. Been given the round about responses, and until now 9 Jan 2026 no refund was made, only pro forma/template replies & apologies, and promise to refer my claim to their Finance unit! So disappointing & exasperating!
Bwfore, when Dotti was still under the Just Group, customers are treated well and claims addressed promptly!

I ordered a dress from Myer that was only available online. I had been unable to find anything similar in several shopping centres. Once I logged into Myer and clicked on the dress, they asked for my body measurements, asked for size and brand of a dress from another brand that fits me. I entered Witchery size 16 and the Myer bot said I needed L in this brand, Belle and Bloom. I always take 16 or L in every other brand. I checked the Myer website that I could return or exchange the dress.
The order arrived 5 days later but although the dress is labelled L it is a size 10, with bust 92cm . I could hardly get the dress over my head, let alone fasten the zipper at all. The Myer website has no ability to return or exchange. It seems I have to take it to a Myer store and they may or may not give me a refund. The dress is similar quality and 8 times the price of other Chinese dresses I have bought online, but other online stores have correct sizing for each garment, unlike Myer, and offer free returns if they don't fit. I have lodged a complaint with Myer asking for a full refund and return postage but havent heard back. Avoid Myer for clothing.

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap online (Order No. 1158509453) and the payment was taken immediately. Several days later, I was informed that the item was out of stock and my order was cancelled.
This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering this is a high-value, expensive product. Taking payment for an item that is not actually available shows poor stock management and led to a very frustrating experience.
Overall, I would not recommend relying on online availability, as the order confirmation did not reflect real stock levels.
Poor quality school shoes, horrible customer service
I bought school shoes from Myer online that didn’t even last a single school term. They were worn only 2–3 days a week between September and December, which is completely reasonable for school shoes. The quality was extremely poor.
When I tried to lodge an online return, I received no response. I then went into store and was initially told a return or exchange would be fine. When I returned later the same day with the shoes, I was told it needed manager approval and that “too much time had passed”. I was promised a call back — which never happened.
On a later visit to the customer service desk, staff were dismissive and laughed off my concerns, refusing to help simply because the shoes had been worn. There was no understanding of Australian Consumer Law, which requires products to be durable and fit for purpose.
I’m not sure whether I’m more disappointed with the quality of the shoes or the way I was treated as a customer — both were unacceptable.
6 weeks and still no item or communication

Unable to review the actual blazer as I still haven’t received my order - it’s now been 6 weeks since my purchase, I followed up with Myer and am still waiting!! Interesting they are still selling size XS when they haven’t been able to deliver mine. Myer blames the supplier Belle and Bloom but at the end of the day it’s their website. Very frustrated - would love to receive my order. Contacted Myer twice and was told they would refund the blazer and I would need to repurchase it in order to receive the item. Ridiculous!

We sent a baby gift from an online order to Victoria with us being in Perth.

Photos sent and they are wanting us to send the product back before sending the correct item.

"Ordered a Natio gift pack as a Christmas Present at start of December. Arrived opened (postage package was intact and sealed) with items missing. Called customer service team who advised they'd send a replacement once I returned the item. Went to the post office and returned it as instructed. Received notification via Australia Post it had been delivered to Myer. Waited 5 days before calling to check on status of replacement, was told the item hadn't been processed yet and I'd have to pay for the item again and it wouldn't be delivered before Christmas. Apparently it was incorrectly coded as a refund and not a replacement. Really really disappointed with Myer. Also spent 40+ minutes on the phone with the customer service team who didn't appear to care any less. As a parent that works full time, I expected so much more from Myer."
I posted this review when prompted by Myer and it has been moderated twice for breaching guidelines. What a disgraceful company.
Zero Customer Service
They are an absolute joke. I purchased a dress online and it had makeup all over it when it arrived. They could not miss seeing this when then packaged it. For a month now they waste my time and keep asking for information I have already provided them.

The necklace I ordered so was so poorly packed it arrived broken in several places. Prompted to review by Google but review was rejected. Very poor experience overall. Wouldn't bother using Myer again.

the online site doesn't intrinsically let you use your Myer points and I want to correct the delivery address and there is no contact point that I can find to do this. david Jones is a much better proposition to deal with. very disappointed at my online experience (noting that I may be part of the problem with there site, but don't have the same issues else where!).

Very bad experience to deal with Myer online order recently. I have been Myer one member near 15 years, but my first online order on Myer website was on 7th Dec, 2025, as previously always went to shop instead online . I put through my order for 1 Dyson Air Multiplier Am09, but finally completely disappointment for Myer's strange processing. On 7th Dec I put my order and paid by my credit card, 8th Dec I received E-mail confirmed shipment done and also received invoice from Dyson, and Start Track from AusPost tracking link, however, since then no any progress and info until now, I called delivery company they said no shipment assigned to them at all, and then on 18th Dec, I communicated with Myer customer service team, they said something blocked and will resolve it soon, but no further info, finally I contacted Myer before 24th Dec close business, Myer has no clear explanation for delay, and just said they will refund my payment, I told Myer I still want this product and I can wait until after holiday, but they didn't care for it and directly processed refund procedures on same day night, actually I haven't received my money until today. Quite frustrating to deal with Myer, for my first time online order, I believe I won't order online on Myer website anymore, even quit from Myer one membership. Worst feeling in my life.
Christmas Order Failed by Delivery Error and Poor Support
We ordered items online and were sent the wrong products.
These items were purchased as Christmas presents, and because of Myer’s delivery error and the lack of effective follow-up, they will not arrive in time for Christmas.
I contacted Myer customer service twice. On both occasions, the assistance was poor and entirely scripted, with no ownership of the issue and no practical resolution offered.
When I asked to escalate the matter, I was unable to speak to a supervisor. I also asked where the call centre was located and was given no clear answer, which only added to the frustration.
Regardless of where the call was handled, the experience showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. An error made by Myer was left unresolved, leaving us out of pocket and without the items we ordered when they mattered most.
Based on this experience, I will not shop with Myer again and would caution others considering ordering online, particularly for time-sensitive purchases.
