I Shopped Myer online in which they promised double Myers points. They never supplied me with any points to this purchase... So I emailed them about the issue but they still denied my extra Myer points. Why does Myer promise things they don't deliver. No wonder they're going broke ..
I bought a coffee machine for my son…
I bought a coffee machine for my son for Christmas. Myer had it addressed to an old address. I let Myer, and the delivery company know the address was incorrect all sorted I was told. A week later I received an email saying it had been delivered to the wrong address. I went to the old address, but the guy said nothing had been delivered there. Many emails to Myer and Couriers Please later and both have wiped their hands of the whole thing.
I am out $450 for my disabled son who only wanted to make coffee for everyone at Christmas. Cheers Myer
System error that costs the customer
I ordered $280 dollars worth of bras. I got a delivery notification that it was delivered to my old
house. I rang the local post office and checked my Myer one account because I’ve moved house for for 12 months and since ordered from Myer to my new address with no issues. When I spoke a woman in customer service she told me that the system is known to revert back too old addresses even though it was updated through my new Myer one account and log in and all my auto fills are

The new recipient at my old address have my parcels to another driver and now Australia post said they don’t do returns so my parcels have basically been stolen and Myer and Australia post are claiming they fulfilled the order and no one can help me. I was deeply disturbed by this encounter and will not be shopping with them again. The fact that they admit system fault and don’t do anything to change that or take accountability but state it’s my fault that I didn’t triple check for a known error makes no sense at all. Especially given I’ve been shopping with them and even worked for them since I was 21 and never had this issues.
No delivery, no refund
Myer has lost my package and won’t give me a refund until it’s found! No communication from them whatsoever, I have to ring in each time to follow up, spending hours on hold…,no more internet shopping with Myer
Ordered a Christmas tree, got saucepans
Ordered a Christmas tree, what showed up was a Christmas tree sized box, but when I opened it, it was some saucepans. Wtf?!? Return was simple enough dealing with customer service, but then I had to lug a Christmas tree sized box to an Australia Post on public transport to return it, and refund was slow. The whole point of me ordering a tree online was that I don't have a car so couldn't get the box home, how do you expect me to get it to your preferred return point when it was your fault?
Update: finally got a return processed. Refund timeframe was given as 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later and I've still not received a refund - called customer service and got connected to an agent, but that agent stayed silent, didn't greet me or speak at all over the line, like they were just hoping customers would just give up. Appalling customer service!

Really wish I’d read the reviews here first. Ordered 23/11. Received confirmation of receipt of order and courier ready to dispatch with DHl. Discovered on chaseup that DHL no longer deliver for them.
9/12 chased again and told a ticket would be logged.
Rang 11/12. Told by next operator I had been lied to and no investigation ticket had been raised. Was raised at that point.
17/12. Told the courier company looking into it.
18/12 advised that the courier has 3-5 days to bother to respond to a lost package. Requested escalation to a manager. Tried to talk me out of it. Turns out that the manager she was regularly seeking advice from was unable to talk to me and would ring me back “within 24 hours”.
Very much looks like Myer have cheaped out on couriers and customers are wearing the consequences with only front line staff bearing the brunt of it.

Worst customer service ever
I have been chasing my online order for 2 weeks now. I have had numerous online chats, called customer service numerous times and sent an email in desperation. Still waiting for a resolution and the only consistency is that every customer service person says the same thing. I CAN'T GIVE YOU AN UPDATE AS WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM OUR SUPPLIER. The supplier has 3 -5 days to respond I was told today. When I said Its been over 2 weeks. I was told they are investigating. Can't tell me what they are actually doing to investigate and Myer have no idea either. Obviously the 3 -5 day rule means nothing and so does being a Myer one customer.
Website fault and rude customer service by team and manager
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service of Myer’s online team. I will specifically mention the manager, Brooklyn, and customer support, Savvy. As a manager, Brooklyn raised his voice and continuously interrupted and spoke over me.
I placed an order during a sale period. The order clicked over and was processed on Myers side at 12am. I was advised Myers system can take a few minutes and now I have been charged the full amount and not sale price. After I was charged, I checked the website and the discounted prices were still online, however they will not honour the sale, even though: 1. I have screenshots of their website with the discount and 2. They confirmed their system can take time to process. It’s unfair that a technical difficulty on the retailers side means that a consumer is affected!
There was no kindness, no apology, it just appeared as attitude from the staff. I even experienced a patronising response by the manager. In this day, when there are so many competing retailers, and also being in the field of customer service, I suggest major improvements with your customer service teams and your website. I’ll be returning the entire order, due to the response and attitude by the team.
Damaged mattress
Ordered a mattress. It arrived 2 December. Mattress was damaged. Lodged a complaint that very day. Matter still not resolved. I’ve made several calls to Myer they tell me it will be resolved ‘shortly’ but 2 weeks later I have the damaged mattress in its broken box in my living room.
Terrible customer service and use an appalling courier
Placed online order on 23 November which included a bonus item.
They used Couriers Please to deliver the item who provided virtually no tracking information.
Parcel was eventually delivered 10 days late with damaged outer box and no bonus item. Made a number of complaints to both the courier and Myer customer service.
The courier at least apologised for their poor service, Myer customer service didn’t care at all.
I will not be ordering online from Myer again as I would not care to repeat this experience. When I’ve attempted click and collect before the order is almost always cancelled even though it shows the item in stock when I order, it’s like the staff in store can’t be bothered to go find it.

If I could give 0/5 I would. I ordered a pair of shoes and were sent the wrong ones. Ok it's Christmas maybe someone was having an off day so I reorder only to recieve the exact same wrong pair. Customer service is useless and don't care. I will not be buying anything from them ever again.
Poor service
I ordered and paid for the Myer Christmas bear. I was told that they were preparing the order. After 3 weeks I wrote and asked for contact to discuss and got totally ignored. I eventually wrote and asked for a reply advising them I would have no option but to take this to Consumer Affairs and then receive an email advising of the cancellation of my order. Whist I fully understand that the item was not available I feel that the service received was way below that one should expect. No apology was given just an email of the cancellation. Poor service Myer who I thought was a great reputable company. I feel they are happy to take the order but the after sales service is the worst I have dealt with.

Highpoint myer 9th December 25The customer service officer Katherine in men’s footwear refused to serve me when I asked for assistance - she was on her laptop and said she was at a meeting . I asked another assistant in a different department and she directed me to a Pauline - who was very very helpful and apologised that we didn’t get served earlier. Though Katherine said she was at a meeting -she wasn’t around when Pauline came to assist us . it was her attitude that I felt was rude . I got the impression she didn’t want to serve me
Lost Order - No help from Myer
Order was placed on 23rd of November and dispatched via DHL. I tracked the order and there were no updates on the DHL website (consignment in Melbourne). I chased this up with Myer and the told me it had now been given to Aramex, so I tracked this with the new tracking number and, once again, nothing happened for a week, and it was somewhere in Melbourne. Three weeks later I contacted Myer again and was told 'We have had no reply from our couriers after chasing them, so we can only suggest you try to give them a call'. I somewhat disagreed with this as I had purchased from Myer, so they should be doing the chasing. I was then told to wait another 3 - 5 days to see what would happen. At this point I asked to cancel the order as it had clearly been lost/stolen but was told I couldn't cancel because Myer didn't know where it was. So, no product, no help from Myer and not allowed to cancel and buy from somewhere else. Great service Myer.
Terrible company do not buy from them!
Terrible company that don’t care for customers. Ordered an item that was hoping for Christmas. I had 3.5 wks to have it delivered I figured even the most incompetent company could have it delivered by then as they had stock. Nothing for 2 weeks not even dispatched. Chase them up by email, a day later they tell me a shirt is damaged (zero communication before this that there was an issue) unsure of how long a replacement shirt would take. I say ok can you send the rest of the order and when the shirt comes in send the rest ? No answer just ignored. 4 more days pass… finally I call the lady doesn’t really care and says choose something else or a refund!!! Wtaf worst experience ever cheers for completely stuffing presents for my family up. Will never use you

Extremely disappointed in myer delivery. Ordered a ceramic item. It was shipped with no packing material and arrived broken. Went to the store for a replacement they tried to charge me $30 to get another one sent out. Wtf Myer
False advertisement
It’s absolutely pointless and false advertisement to have things on your website that you don’t have in stock!! Nevermind letting people actually order and pay for things you don’t have in stock!! I’ve used MYER many times but this is the first time it’s happened. I’ll be shopping elsewhere going forward. Absolute waste of time
