Food is delicious and filling, even some things that I thought "not too sure about that" have been very good. Haven't had a bad one yet. I ordered the snack pack too, which is handy for days I work out. Love that the meals don't take up too much space in the fridge and can be frozen if going out for dinner one night. Delivery was very easy, one a week with a one hour time slot given from DPD, and minimal packaging. All in all a great way to get back into the 5:2 swing. Only one suggestion would be to allow for a no fish option (i am not keen!) and also to let people know they need to supply the milk of their choice. Seeing steady weight loss without stressing about food. Definite value for money! Thank you!!!

I expected powder or milkshake mix when delivered. Was not expecting little pots
and have no idea what is in them. Need almond milk or soya milk which has annoyed me. If I like these I will order again and give 5 stars.

Excellent way of getting back on track with your diet. The food choices are tasty and with a 1000 cals per day the weight falls off. It does feel like you’re hungry as the meals are often and filling.

"My food" has assisted my resolve and taken the hassle out of dieting for me. It actually doesn't feel like I'm on a diet and I can prepare food for the rest of the family and not worry about what I am going to eat or not eat. I am presently on the 1000 calorie a day chicken/fish meals and I can honestly say that the food is excellent. I have not had one meal yet that I did not enjoy. I am not hungry between meals and I am steadily losing weight. Once I have reached my goal weight I will then increase my calories. Lots of options on the website. I would highly recommend.

I am delighted with the delivery service and the food is delicious. My intention is to drop half a stone and I have lost 2 pounds in weight in 2 days using the 1000 calorie diet - so I am on target.

Great meals so far!

Very easy to set up and provide any dislikes, nice tasting easy meals. The only reason I've given it 4* instead of 5 is because of the packaging. I'd much prefer it If they weren't in plastic sealed bags

I have tried a delivery diet before, it definitely worked, but the food was bland and I couldn't wait for the end of it. MyFood is genuinely delicious! I'm learning about portion control, that's my big problem, but I'm really enjoying every meal. This isn't a chore, and I'm feeling leaner and good about myself, it makes this process so easy. I've lost count of the people I've told about this. It's brilliant. Thank you x

Tasty, healthy and on time - what else can you need?

These meals helped me to trim excess kgs, reduce bloating and increase my energy levels.
They were varied and individualised to my needs.

Once you commit to your plan, there's no need to do any additional groceries.

It's has taken me many years wandering the diet maze to find a company that delivers in as many ways as MyFood.

You want many things from a dietary food system to keep you focused and satisfied, this company ticks all the boxes and then some. It's clear top notch products are used and the variety in the rolling four week menus are delightful, all your senses will be satisfied. I use this company regularly, it's a genuine diamond find.

I have been using the 5:2 meal plan for several weeks.
The things I liked:
- I have seen the results I expected, I went down from 65kg to 62kg in the first 2 weeks and have continued to loose weight.
- I found it easy to stick to (I chose to have one cheat meal per week) and very convenient.
- The lunches and dinners are varied, fresh and taste good.
- The customer service is very good and they were quick to respond on an issue I had.
The things that I didn't like:
- The breakfasts are very average. It was muesli/granola/muesli bar every day. The breakfasts are very sweet (honey/dried fruit) and I would have preferred to have a some sugar (honey) free breakfasts like plain Greek yogurt.
- I would have liked more green vegetables over fruit used in meals.
- Some nutritional information on the meal label of the meals even if just calorie count, protein, carbs and fat information would be useful.
- Although maybe difficult to improve, I felt guilty about the amount of non-recyclable packaging used in this service. I understand that the food has to be kept cold but it's not great environmentally.

Love this company. They've been around for a while now and never fail to delivery. Great customer service and Nas is just super helpful and warm. Food is delicious - highly recommend

Rare to find a company that does a Halal option and a bonus that it isn't just curries. I have struggled with other diets and have always had to have vegetarian options. I'm overjoyed. Received my first box today and so far am very happy with the meals I've tasted. Just had the bolognese for tea and it's very filling and delicious. Have ordered another box on the strength of it lol and am looking forward to losing weight.

I'm in my second month of following MYfood - highly recommend this if you want tasty food, a really effective diet for weight loss, but without the hassle of calorie counting or meal planning yourself!

Did the 1200kcal and lost a kilo in one week. Really good food. Really good value for money. Just had one meal which was not good anymore. Would still highly recommend it.

Trying to eat healthily when you work long hours is often challenging. MY Food takes the hassle out of meal time. The food is delicious with well balanced flavours. The menu is varied and the food is restaurant quality. I would highly recommend them.
