Ordered few items last Saturday. Paid 5 pounds express delivery. 7 days later still no sign of my goods. Send text asking where's my goods. Still waiting for answers. Done with them now. Starting to believe they r scammers?

Food came out cold. The hashbrowns were still cold in the middle and stuck together.

There was also a large amount butter under the plate. For a dairy intolerance person this Is not good.
The staff were of course very helpful with rectifying this.

I haven't purchased it yet but i thought it looks like mush and want a refund for it, not impressed

Recent, I want to try something new. So I ordered online, and waited for it. A bit too long. Like 30 minutes. Anyway, the food is delicious.

Ordered food online waited over 2 hours for delivery so cancelled order. Rang to ask for refund and they said refund will be requested but will take 5 days which is unacceptable

Linda McCartney sausages ? Apart from the shape I’m not even sure these should be called sausages?
Tasteless, bland, strange texture I cannot believe they put Linda’s name against this product?? I think she would turn in her grave!
There are some amazing veggie products on the market now so I cannot believe they still sell these talk about trading on a brand name ??
Do not bother buying these I think chewing on a well used Crock shoe would be be better tasting!
This was the first experience of this product and it will be my last!

Not great. Followed instructions and something that tasted like a dog droppings with decimated coconut appeared out of my oven.

No facility to review, despite 203 inaccurate reviews.
A recipe clearly did not work with all comments saying they had to amend the original recipe. Loads of these still gave 5 stars. There were also loads of 1 and 2 star ratings pointing out the recipe was a dud, but the overall score still came out as 5 star.

My food had a plastic taste! Disappointing. Never again!!!

Not impressed of the courier that they contracted to deliver my food. My food was LEFT outsidr unattended. All I got was my parcel was delivered. They buzz my front door, the delivery was let in but never spoke to me on the buzzer. I waited for 15 mins and was suprised to receive a txt that my food was delivered. I found out my food was outside at a 4 stair set flat. There were no name on card either. I am not impressed of their service and this may seem little but this is the reason I opted to this company bcoz of the idea that MY FOOD IS DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR BUT NOT LEFT OUTSIDE THE RAIN with NO WARNING!

Took my money and didn't even turn up. Never again.

Disappointing!

The vegan meal plan from MyFood was so disappointing. The food all lacked flavour or had a slightly plastic-y taste to it and they padded up the macros using lots of nuts and dried fruits, rather than variety and nutritional density in the actual meals. Wouldn't order again and awful value for money, especially compared to things like Fresh Fitness Food and Kettlebell.

Brilliant service and very tasty food. I've ordered from my food for a while and their food and customer service are excellent. There's been a hiccup recently with a delivery but the communication was great and the issue resolved quickly. Would highly recommend. Five stars!!

Always great food, for a mostly reasonable price. This time I was disappointed because I was contacted after my order to request another £11 for Saturday delivery. Not sure why this wasn't made clear and charged at point of purchase. Also, one lunch missing from this order

Food amazing , easy to order and arrives on time. Always someone on hand to answer any questions as and when required.

Really disappointed with my experience. The food just didn't cut it. Two bites and in the bin. Bland, dull food, 0 flavour...what is the point? Might as well have smaller portions and add some flavour. My last meal today was chicken curry and I had had enough! It was the furthest thing from chicken curry, it wasn't even a curry! ARGHHHHHH

Nas and Mariana are wonderful and take great care of me always. The food is extremely tasty and super easy to use (just heat).

I recently ordered the MY Food vegan SIXPAX menu for six days. I’m only on day three and I’ve already ordered my next delivery! The food comes vacuum-packed, which doesn’t look too appetising, but it’s really delicious. I was surprised about how good it is! I’ve got four meals a day on my 1500 calorie plan. Three of the meals, one of which is a protein shake, are eaten chilled, which makes the plan really convenient for taking to work. It’s great to know I’m eating healthy food, with zero effort involved! I know the menu changes every two weeks, so I’m excited to see what next week’s delivery will bring!
