Ordered the one day taste trial. and Snack pack. Very disappointing. I paid close to £50 for some ration packs. Not worth the money, food is bland and the snack pack was worse. I wont be going on to try the meal plans

First day went well. I enjoyed the meals. They were tasty and easy to prepare. Unfortunately, when I went to prepare my meals for Day 2 I realised my set dinner for that day of the plan was missing from my order. I am very disappointed.

MY Food is by far the best provider of healthy, calorie controlled meals that we have experienced. Their food is delicious, and filling - something to look forward to at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

They are nice people to deal with, responsive and surprisingly flexible.

I have been ordering food from My Food for a couple of years. It helps me get back on track with healthy eating which I love.

Ordered 1 day supply. Threw all to the bin. Sainsburys basic tastes/smells 100 time better.

With a busy academic and professional calendar, it's handy to have a fridge full of healthy and delicious food to grab on the go. When I get home late at night, I know that I have something to eat and don't eat that easy bag of chips.

Professional and helpful, there is always someone available to answer my questions using text messages, emails, or messenger.

I was expecting my delivery come today but it doesn't although I pay more for my delivery.

Great service, friendly and flexible. Meals were tasty and well varied. The only thing they could improve on is the variety of breakfasts and the snacks in the snack pack, I wasn't too keen on the berry bar but that's personal choice.

Good food and good packaging. Reason 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the way I was dealt with when raising an issue, which I didn't think was at all well managed and left me feeling that they don't really care about their customers.

Food was tasty and good portion size. Healthy and filling.

I ordered week of diet.I was bit disappointing as meals tasted almost every each same.Didnt have seasoning and every day chicken chicken chicken..although I asked for variety red meat and fish.I got only one meal with minced meat-bolonese and one tuna salad.Lack variety caused me being bored of diet after second day and I reached for other supplies of my fridge.also breakfasts are very.3 options.muesli,crounchers or little brownie.full of sugar anyway.should most important meal of a day look like that?instead some oats with dried fruits and seeds..I will not reccomand my food to my friends nor never try swrvice again.after week still have in my fridge ustasty vacium packed meals of myfood

I ordered a vegetarian diet plan. Easy to order and to make the payment, the delivery time was text to me on Saturday morning and arrived on time in a really useful cooler, really impressed.

Unfortunately one of the meals that I have ordered is labelled as Tuna, I have emailed the company to inform of the issue, they resolved this immediately.

I have also highlighted the fact that there is an offer on line of 10% off as a first time buyer which I didn't receive.

I'm really sorry but Im so disappointed. Food was no tasty :-(

The customer service is excellent but unfortunately, the food is a bit too bland for my taste. However, it did taste fresh. I also do not like the plastic packaging, this makes the food look a bit mixed up.

The food tastes amazing and is so convenient. The packaging it comes in is so small, easy to fit in my fridge, and the meals are so easy to prepare. This has made my life so much easier, I don't need to worry about anything because I always have my healthy vegan meals ready waiting for me at home :)

First experience and so far very impressed. Super efficient and super friendly. Look forward to seeing more.

My delivery was supposed to be here on Fri 21st Oct 2016 and it did not arrive. I contacted the company by phone on Sat afternoon incase the delivery driver got lost or something, call goes straight to voicemail and they have not responded to my call or to my email. Its a lot of money to be spending on a company who ignores you.
