Brilliant, tasty food. Nas really seems to care about what you need or want from a diet! It's a much more personal service than other diet deliveries and it works!

I wasn’t very sure of this sixpack concept but I absolutely love it.
2 weeks in, Ive lost fat, gained muscle and feel fantastic. Shopping bill has gone down to about £10.00 per week ( only me at home )so whilst the intial outlay seems high in terms of money ...the time saved in both in shopping /cooking and unpacking groceries is invaluable !
Packed up really well, great delivery service ... what’s not to love !

Excellent delivery service. No problem receiving the goods. Well packed in chilled container. Very efficient. My only reservation is that on the vegan macro plan some of the meals are too plain they could be a little more sophisticated especially for the price. Thus said the lentil and squash soup was superb.

MyFood is an excellent delivery service with a good range of foods and sensitivity to allergy requirements. My wife and i have used them regularly for the past year and found to to be competitively priced and enjoyable food: much preferred to the 3 or 4 other meal delivery companies we used previously. The only reason for dropping one star is that we would still like to see more freedom to select a specific menu choice each week.

The food is interesting and with the exception of a very occasional meal, very nice.
Most of the lunches are cold which suits me as I can take them to work but not need to find somewhere to heat them up.
The concept seems to be for a bigger lunch and a smaller dinner which is okay with me.
I have just started the meals but my mum lost two stones on the my food diet so here's hoping!

Amazing food. Brilliant service. Reasonably priced for the time you save and for the awesomeness of the food, the health benefits and the hassle saved in figuring out how to make tasty meals that adhere to tricky dietary requirements.

Limited variety, short on meat dishes and cater more for the Achian tast, otherwise good quality food, well backed and you loose weight

I have used MyFood twice now and both times my order was wrong. In correcting your mistakes, there was no profuse apology, no explanation for the mistakes, nothing to convince me to come back and use the service again. For a service that is meant to take the stress out of dieting, this was not at all stress free - I really shouldn't expect to be sent food that I'm allergic to when I specifically listed my allergies. The concept is there, but there is a long way to go in terms of making the customer feel like you will go beyond to ensure they have a good experience and will keep coming back to MyFood. Some of the lunches were not very nice at all, but the majority of the food was very good.

Once logistic and delivery is solved, the quality of the meals is really high. Products are fresh, dishes are delicious and very tasty. The receipy are very varied and ingredients too.
The size of the dishes seemed quite small in particular at the beginning as I was used to have bigger portion for breakfast in particular. After using these products for 3 weeks, my experience is positive, the meals are very convenient, there is no preparation, very easy to eat at the office too and last but not least, I lost 3 kg in 3 weeks.

Beautiful food - and good sized portions too. My special requests and multiple correspondence over email were all dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble!

I can't believe I have found such a great service. I was struggling to balance my vegan meal intake and weight. Now I have the perfect solution. Gorgeous tasty meals delivered to my door. I have lost 5 pounds in my first week.

Easy process - great food

Customer Service is really good. The food, which is the most important part, is amazing, maybe a bit bland but it just gives everyone the freedom to add salt to their own taste. Most of the dishes were so delicious I even forgot it was diet food. The menu has such a variety of dishes I was always looking forward to the next meal. The snacks were not my favourite part, but only because I am not very keen on seeds and nuts, that's all. MY FOOD, has also taught so much about how going forward I can make the best decisions about my diet choices, quantities, ingredients, etc. Overall I am really happy .. and hopefully skinnier :-)

Fantastic customer service! Meals were tasty and well varied. Best Coconut Squash soup ever 😀😀! The only small thing they could improve on is the variety of breakfasts and the snacks! I will order again that's for sure

I'm 3 days into my 7 day meal plan and I have loved every meal so far.
It has helped me to focus on the other important things I need to do everyday. Having my meals all planned and ready to eat is saving me precious time and stress.
