Experts 100% satisfied

We just received a new boiler from eco funding and the guys fro Fusion are really experts , in 2 weeks all was sorted with paper work, surveyor and installation. Highly recommended . The engineers was really hard working gentlemans , however they had some issues with piping they managed it calmly and really fast. It’s a pleasure to deal with such a high standarded company . Thank you

Complete lack of communication from the top down!!! AVOID

If I could score these 0 I would have. Outrageous communication from Kelly who should be fired for her rude and arrogant!! She is a disgrace to customer service delivery. There is a complete lack of communication from the top down and we have been messed around because of their lack of professionalism, you can not even telephone them because when things go wrong they refuse your calls. Avoid, do not use.

Outstanding !!

It is rare in life that any business exceeds my expectations but Fusion Energy certainly has done this !
My mum, who is 80 this year, her boiler broke without warning and within a week Fusion had been out to see her and had booked for her to have a new bolier, which happened the next day !! I was gobsmacked- cannot thank them enough for what they have done- their customer service from start to finish was outstanding and just a HUGE thank you for everything :)

Installation of air source heating system - Brilliant!

We recently had an air source heating system installed by Fusion Energy Heating. This involved putting in a complete wet system ( we only had night storage heating previously) into an old cottage with very thick, uneven walls, and the team were absolutely fantastic! we are delighted with our lovely warm cottage! The whole experience from the initial consultation to the final checks was excellent. This is a very professional, hard working team who make sure the customer is satisfied. The girls at the office were also very helpful and ensured that the RHI application ( very complex!) went smoothly. Well done and thank you

overall a great boiler install

I had a boiler installed from the governments eco scheme and it’s an absolute minefield of bad contractors working on behalf of energy providers. Fusion Energy was my choice of provider after making my contribution payment. On my first appointment for the boiler install, the engineer arrived and forgot his tool bag - unbelievable I know. Fortunately on my second appointment, Lee Evans the engineer arrived with his son and were both professional and a pleasure to deal with. Lee Evans knew what he was doing and was also considerate in tidying up. His attention to detail left me satisfied he had done a good install on a Worcester Bosch boiler. He’s an asset to the company. Back in the office, Michelle was also very helpful. Overall things worked out well after the initial disappointment.

Air Source Heat pump

The Air Source Heat pump was installed along with lots of radiators in my1800's cottage on the edge of the Lake District. The company provided lots of helpful information, answered all my questions patiently and even helped with the RHI application. The installation team worked so hard they hardly stopped to draw breath and so the job was done in two long days.
Thank you everyone, loving the warmth and hot water.

new boiler on goverment eco scheme

Contacted fusion to see if we qualified for boiler on eco scheme, a few questions later they confirmed we did. 4 days later an engineer came to our house to carry out a survey, 5 days later 2 plumbers fitted a new condensing combi boiler complete with remote control and magna clean system. 7days later it was inspected by an independent surveyor from eco scheme and signed off. From start to finish kept informed by Fusion, all employees turned up on time , plumbers did a first class job and tidied all rubbish before leaving. Have recommended Fusion to my mate who has just had his 15yr old boiler replaced he is delighted. The icing on the cake ,for the first time in 15 yrs my partner said " can you turn the heat down " . music to my ears.!!!!

People are so quick to write bad…

People are so quick to write bad reviews but are slow in giving praise. My installation was put back one day, but i received a call from Kelly explaining why. The following morning the egineers arrived a 8.30 and by 1.30 had completed the installation of my external oil boiler. They were efficient, polite and clean workers. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and especially the engineers to any one, and I am a perfectionist to the extreme.

Fusion energy offers exemplary service!

Fusion energy has offered full support from day one, today Jamie carried out our annual service for our Trianco wood pellet boiler. He went above and beyond the standard, "get the job done attitude" and fully demonstrated not only day to day running but also maintenance of the unit.
He explained how the use the boiler at it's most efficient and left us fully confident on what we need to be doing to ensure our boiler works well from one year to the next. I cannot recommend this company enough, I rarely write reviews but praise where it is due! Well done Fusion, you have a diamond there with your service engineer, Jamie. Thank you, John and Dan Pagani-Palmer

Installation of Air Source Heat Pump.
I can not express how happy I am with all the work carried out over the 2 day period. The team as a whole worked solid ensuring all the work was completed within the time scale. Jay and Paul definetly went the extra mile and showed dedication when removing the old oil boiler which was not an easy task!! Everyone was friendly and approachable. We are very happy with the new system and just in time for Christmas! We highly recommend the team. The whole process from beginning to end was very straight forward. We hope others take up the opportunity to install one in their home. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Aie Source Heat Pump installation.

Fusion have just installed an Air source heat pump, 300ltr hot water tank and 18 rads at my property in Wales. From the initial meeting to installation everything went smoothly as planned. Even finished ahead of schedule. The team installing the system worked hard and non stop with large amounts of 'humour' The 3 days they were there were a pleasure.
Lots of 'brew' making kept them happy. The house was stripped out as part of a bigger renovation which made the job a lot easier and speeded everything up. Thank you Fusion energy, Brian and Steve, the booking and survey part and Paul, Jay, Lee, Harry and Nigel the sparky for the installation. Highly recommend this company to anyone who want a professional job.

I would like to thank Fusion Energy all of the team from Inital Application to engineers who fitted whole heating system .
My Husband and Myself are in our late 70's live in the land of beyond in Wales,only heating we had was Wood Burner due to our heating system needed re-placing.
From Inital Application nothing was to much trouble ...Michelle was in contact with my daughter updates ..Jason and his team so repectful, work outstanding, good bunch of lads.

I recently had a complete Air Source Heat Pump complete system fitted by Fusion. My experience to date has been superb from the initial contact and contract setup to the installation. The system is only a week old and is working fine with no issues. I would recommend to friends and family.

Genuinely impressed

We had an air-source pump installed by Fusion Energy last month. We had been in touch with them initially in May asking about how it all worked, especially with claiming RHI afterwards. Every stage was clearly explained to us from the start and there was always a named person to speak to, always genuinely helpful and patient, explaining it over again when we forgot! Everyone, from the office, the surveyors to the engineers, were first class. The engineers worked very hard (fuelled with tea), but always respectful that they were coming into our home. Apart from their professionalism, we really enjoyed listening to their wonderful Yorkshire accent and sense of humour! (and not all Yorkshiremen drink strong tea, but do offer it just in case). Afterwards, we got a call from the office to help do our RHI application. We also have a followup contact number for any questions or concerns about our new heating system. We could not ask for a better service.

Highly recommend Fusion & their installing team.

We have found Fusion to be a company who have actively communicated every aspect of our installation including help with financial payments. Effective & professionall teams who are there to get ‘ things done’.
There has always been a named person to refer questions to, or confirm key points with.
The installation engineers were a fab team, very hard working , cleaned up after themselves & so very helpful. I can’t thank them enough for helping to make the whole process easy, professional & stress free. Thank you . A pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend Lee, Leigh & Nev !!

After Sales

We had a free boiler installed by Fusion Energy last june 2017 and we thought everything was fine but this march 2018 things started to go wrong so we phoned them up and they told us how to get it going again which only lasted about ten minutes i then keeped doing this all weekend and phoned them up again Monday morning to be told ( it's going when you restart it so what is your problem and put the phone down) I then got through to the manufacturer who sent a engineer out only to be told it was a installation fault and was not under warranty so they fixed the problem and a few days later we got the bill to which i have forwarded to fusion only to be told every time I phone up the person not in. So yes they aren't a bad company but not very good at after sales and repairs. Will update post when it's been soughted out .Update have been told that I've got to pay the bill as it's not down to them so if got after sales problem its best to go elsewhere in my opinion.

This company breaks the law with its cold calling marketing strategy

Fusion Energy Ltd. thinks it is above the law when it comes to their marketing department.

Now, we know it is illegal for a company to cold call a number that is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but Fusion Energy Ltd. thinks this does not apply to them.

To get round it they call you from a fictitious number 01539394499 and pretend to be a fictitious company called The Home Energy Team. The next day Fusion Energy Ltd then call you with guess what all of the details you gave to the spoof company.

It is pretty clear that Fusion Energy Ltd are on to a scam.

There is no such thing as a free boiler and reviews claiming there are, are most likely written by their very busy theatrical department.

Fusion Energy contacted me and told me they thought I could receive a brand new boiler absolutely free and they were right. The installers who came to fit the boiler, a company called Hotworx, did an excellent job and they were all very polite and hard working.
