I had an oil boiler installed last …

I had an oil boiler installed last month by Fusion for free, from my experience I would recommend them. As my boiler was already not working they sent their surveyor Jason within days of my application who was friendly and answered all of my initial concerns, the installers were professional. Great service!

I have had an ASHP installed by this …

I have had an ASHP installed by this company and could not be more happy. From the first call to the survey and installation were all brilliant. The guys at each visit were all very polite and tidied up after themselves.

Just had a read at some of these …

Just had a read at some of these reviews, some of which I am shocked by as Fusion energy contacted me about my free boiler and within 2 weeks I had a group of well mannered men in and out of my home in a day. The boiler is fantastic, great family run company would highly recommend to anyone.

Just had a door to door rep from fusion at my door he was an absolute nugget (have toned my opinion down for review ) he introduced himself straight away I said no thanks mainly as we rent ! He then asked what was wrong with me eh hello they were on my drive in invited if you say no thankyou you shouldn't then be harassed by these clowns unfortunately I called him an idiot but he tried to be a bully avoid at all cost they scum bully boys

Our "free" boiler is costing us £15,532.88!!

We had one of the "free" boilers installed by fusion, the sales man who called assured us that if we sold our house before the 7 year term finished we could pass the government repayment on to the new owners or if the boiler stoped a sale of the house they would even come and remove the boiler, however 2 years later we are being billed £15,532.88 for our "free" boiler. They deny what was told to us by the salesman and as he took our contract with him, for the above info added to be typed up, and it has never been sent on to us even though I have made several requests! Katie who I have spoken to has promised to send it to us but I have never received it and she is very rude when I query why she has not sent it....These are con men ....AVOID THIS COMPANY....

Just had a oil boiler installed last week and had a call requesting a review . Been quoted by 3 installers over £3000 and found these guy by mistake. They told me we could maybe have a boiler installed for free under the Eco funding which I could not believe . We saved the money we were going to spend by having a family holiday so more than happy to say these guys were fast honest and reliable . They turned up exactly when asked so I did not have to sit in and Waite all day . Ring them I did

KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I filled a form in for the free boiler government scheme online. My fusion heating rang up to come and have a look at my house to see how much funding I could get. As I have a back boiler I didn't get the full amount and was a short fall of just over £500 so I said I wasn't going to bother with it at this moment in time and left it. Few weeks later I had a phone call from them to say they had got more funding and could do it for free. Ok, so they sent another man out to draw up were the new boiler would be fitted but then he told me I had to pay for a pump which was £120. Ok, so I said that was fine. (Cheaper that £500+) so the following week u rang up to pay the girl on the phone said I had to pay £420! I spoke to a supervisor (Kelly)about thus and was just told there funding had changed and that was now the price. So I didn't bother. Now, 2 weeks later I had another phone call off fusion heating saying they want to fit my boiler next week the price now was £270!! I rang the energy advice line as I am now unsure about this company they told me to ask who there funding was from and to contact the place funding them. I spoke to supervisor again(Kelly) to see if I could pay on day as I was unsure about the company as the price keeps changing she was VERY RUDE!! Wouldn't give me her surname. They never give or will send you any paper work. I asked and all I got was a very short basic email anyone could have sent. I couldn't find any reviews online so thought I would let people know my experience.

Dear Mrs Hartshorn, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Most of our customer service team has been with our company for many years and we rarely receive feedback such as this. It appears your frustrations stem from the fact the funding under the ECO scheme change throughout the year and indeed the fact, together with the carbon savings calculated for a specific property can lead to shortfalls and the difference between this being economically viable for any company including ourselves to complete such an installation. In your particular case it was not economically viable to install without a contribution and the differences over the time and difference in funding providers meant this contribution fluctuated. Ultimately it is for each customer to assess whether they wish to proceed and on the evidence you have highlighted during this process you determined that the maximum amount of the contribution from yourself which was £500 was too expensive to have a new heating system installed with a 2 year warranty.
