Very good experience with Louis
Very good experience with Louis. He was thorough and answered all my questions, as well as being very approachable.
I liked that he listened and didn't just try to sell. I was talking to another broker at the same time, and Louis was the one who was always responding timely, which ultimately was one of the deciding factors in using this service.

A very good experience
Patrick was excellent in helping my wife and I find a suitable medical insurance policy after I recently left employment .The insurer used by my former employer offered to continue cover but the terms were quite restrictive and the annual cost prohibitively expensive. Patrick secured more generous coverage at roughly half the annual cost with an equally well recognised insurer who we have now signed up with .He was extremely attentive throughout the process and very pleasant to deal with .

Efficient service
Service was exactly as promised and all contact by phone/email etc happened promptly and at the time specified. Different options were explained clearly and there was no pressure to make a move to a different health insurance company. I was given time to consider my options before committing.
