I swear to god im gonna flip

I swear to god im gonna flip. Im waiting for my package from zalando already a week and everyday it says on the tracking page that theyre gonna deliver it today and then it changes to tomorrow. How long am i supposed to wait for ZALANDO PACKAGE are u effing kidding me???

Worst couries partner

Hello,

I find them the worst among worse. They were supposed to deliver my package on a fine Wednesday, at the end they marked that they were unable to find the address and asked me to contact them, which I did and to my surprise that the customer care associate said that "the delivery agent is new and could not find my address", I get that, an error that can be fixed, I shared my address again. I was asked to wait for 1-2 working days, fine.

Two days later, the shipment is still not delivered, contacted again, another two days of assurance and explicitly told that we cannot help any further.

Bad news, the packet is still not delivered. Courtesy - Hermes.

Terrible service

Terrible service, didn't even attempt to deliver the package, now its locked and returning to China. NEVER ever going to use their service. Terrible customer service with copy-paste answers, they do not even read what they are sending, I ask them for a totally different thing they answer me with some stupid answer.

My package was lying for a week at…

My package was lying for a week at their sorting center with no movement, and then they just send it back. And this is not the first time.. Too bad that some shops does not have any other option for delivery, because with this company the chances that you get your goods is 50/50. What a horrible shame to have this quality of service in 2025

Ive been waiting for 4 days my delivery

Ive been waiting for 4 days my delivery, a medicine, this has been terrible, twice they said they came, i was even outside, no one came at the time they said they where at my house, horrible service, never again. And customer service let me holding for more than 18min.

Horrible delivery system with Hermes

Horrible delivery system with Hermes. I ordered some stuff twice and bever received the item or it went to a wrong address. I don't know how it got to ludwigshafen where is suppose to come to lampertheim. Very very horrible. Not the first time happening, it happens most of the time we order and is Hermes delivering. I never received my item till this day.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, with technology stuck in the last century. They are incapable of performing basic tasks. There is a complete lack of technical support. It's just a disgrace.

The worst delivery company in Germany

The worst delivery company in Germany, everytime the process goes really smooth with all companies but once I hear that hermes is taking my package I freak out, the worst service, their drivers are liars ( I stayed on my balcony working and waiting for my package to arrive the whole day and at 13:45 I received the notification that their driver came and couldn’t find me LIIIIAAAAAR) now they pushed the delivery one week later and they keep pushing it everytime the time comes, and customer service is useless they dont do anything, please shut down this company you are making our lives helllllll let other companies do the job for you go take a rest

The company is not committed to their words. They keep on postponing the delivery. I have waited 2 whole days at home for my stuff, they didn't showed up. They don't value customers time. I haven't received my stuff and don't know when i will receive 😕

You’re the worst of all package delivery, you don’t care about customer service,

I ordered a computer laptop on the 26.07.2025 and was to be delivered by Helmes on the 28, 29.07.2025, I took off from work to make sure someone was home to receive the delivery. On the 28th I received an email from Helmes the delivery will be the next day the 29th, on the 29th I checked Helmes online tracking 10.03 and it stated my package is been loaded on the delivery van and it’s now on the way, I was at home and they never showed up, I called Helmes customer service 040593551111 they apologise for the delay and promised the delivery the next day between 6pm-8pm and my wife was back from work 3:20pm and they never showed up, on Friday 1st of August 09:59am I called Helmes customer asking for information and they said it will be delivered on that same day but they can’t say exactly when, I called again 2:30pm because on the online tracking stated there’s a delay and it will shortly, they said unfortunately it will be delivered in two working days and sincerely apologise for the delay. On Saturday morning on the online tracking was written Paket was returned back to Otto. I called Otto customer service 04036033603 Saturday morning and they could only see on their system it will be delivered in two working days and they can’t do anything about it. Yesterday I received an email from Otto confirming the order has returned, I called Otto service and demanded to know the for the return, and the reason was Helmes make delivery attempt three times and there was no one in the delivery address. Shame on Helmes on for giving such an excuse.

I had a parcel that was supposed to…

I had a parcel that was supposed to arrive two months ago, but I still haven't received it. For the past two months, I've been repeatedly told that it would arrive "tomorrow." However, when I called just now, I was informed that the address provided was incorrect. I confirmed that the address is correct, yet they previously claimed they could not locate it. Their service is very poor, and I do not recommend using it.

Hermes, your delivery sucks!
First the package is marked for Return because...nobody could explain to me at Hermes for what reason...second I book the option to have it delivered at a Paketshop nearby because obviously your workers can't read the addresses on the box. Today I get the message that an attempt at delivery was made but nobody was there...to a Package Shop...which is open 24/7, I'm standing right now in front of it and the man tells me there was no Hermes yet. I don't know how is it possible to have a package in transit for 4 business days and still not manage to deliver it.

Hermes is the most disgusting delivery experience ever in my life i recived an email that your packet will arrive today and it shows that packet was in the car for delivery right after 30 minutes i recived another email that we are not able to reach you we will try again next business day what a joke full of

the worst worst worst delivery service in all of Germany. Worst customer service if any store you order from uses this provider cancel the order and demand they use another one!!

der schlechteste, schlechteste, schlechteste Lieferservice in ganz Deutschland. Der schlechteste Kundenservice. Wenn ein Geschäft, bei dem Sie bestellen, diesen Anbieter nutzt, stornieren Sie die Bestellung und verlangen Sie, dass sie einen anderen nutzen!!

absolute disrespect for the client

I ordered twice on Alibaba and both times my parcels were returned by Hermes due to their internal error. I never refused delivery and was waiting at home.
Alibaba refunded the product price but did not refund VAT, even after I contacted their support multiple times. Klarna could not help because Alibaba never returned the VAT to them.
This is unacceptable. I have now filed a complaint with German consumer protection (Verbraucherzentrale). Buyers in the EU should be aware of this risk when using Alibaba and Hermes.
I lost my time, nerves, and money (VAT), and nobody is taking responsibility.
This was not just a financial loss — it was months of frustration, stress, and total disrespect for the customer.

Hermes is a trash company run by sloths and clowns. Took 30 days to ship a face cream while their dumbass shop owner went on a luxurious 10-day vacation sipping cocktails while my skin peeled off like drywall. I hope your Paketshop gets taken over by a raccoon uprising.
