Amazing customer support
I ordered the Aladin Rocket shisha and the shisha itself is beautiful but I want to stress on the service provided. I was unable to blow out the stale smoke. I contacted chat support they immediately called me on whatsapp ans showed me over video how to fix it. I would lile to thank the support team immensely.

The shipping was really fast, i received my hookah in 1 day. The package was super well wrapped and they also gave me a bag for the shisha. I order the Aladin MVP A46 AMAZING !!! I recommend this brand but also this shop!!

Company was nice and added in products I forgot to add. They reached out after delivery to see if I was happy with everything. They accidently put a wrong flavor in(which I didn't mind), but I mentioned it, they didn't reply back.
