I am very pleased with the products I purchased and with the way I was treated as a customer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gift in my package—a hydrating face mask—as well as a handwritten thank-you note, no printed WOW!
This may seem like a small gesture, but it is far from insignificant. In today’s fast-paced world, where time is one of our most valuable resources, the fact that someone took a moment to personally write a few words of gratitude for my trust and purchase means a lot.
Now that’s what I call a great marketing strategy. You’ve won me over!
The delivery was very fast, even though I was initially informed by email that one of the products might take up to a week to arrive. Everything arrived much sooner than expected.

Too strong for my skin
Unfortunately I broke out in a reaction to this cream, with very small bumps over my face, so stopped using it. My skin is not normally sensitive and I can usually put anything on it. So this was disappointing. However, mykstyle has been so helpful in providing advise on what to do and recommended an alternative product, which I’m yet to try.

Delivery was quick. Irritating product.
The Rejuran Ampoule product dried out and irritated my skin but Myk went above and beyond to offer a refund, which was very kind. Delivery was very quick.
