My subscription expired, I can no longer afford them due to the extreme price increase.

I have since gone on line and unsubscribed, cancelled my membership, deleted my account, and still, one month later I'm getting emails offering to renew the subscription. I have hit the unsubscribe link so many times I have lost count, and STILL THE EMAILS come in several times a week.

This company is a scam! I got a report for $1 that was completely useless unless I wanted to spend more money. I did get it canceled but was charged $95 40 which was refunded. I cannot get the emails to stop. The "unsubscribe" button on the emails are worthless.

I need to cancel my subscription. Already call PayPal to stop payment on it charge me twice for $155.42 and was only just to be $12.95

I paid for a one-time membership for $7 and was charged $89.70. Luckily it was declined by MY card company.

If I could rate it a zero I would. It is a scam. Do not give them your credit card information even as a trial because they will sign you up for crap. You don’t want or need. The BBB needs to shut them down pronto.

I never received my package and noone responds to my emails. The tracking system shows it was delivered to a uk post office hundreds of miles away, not my address. The customer email address on contact us link bounces. Little hope left...

If I could give no stars I would! I paid $1 to get info on 1 person; they charged the $1 PLUS $155.40!!! I've sent numerous emails and heard NOTHING! THEYRE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

I agreed to a one dollar charge for self report but was billed for $155.40 in two separate billings for a total of $311.40 .The custom care number 1-888-571-3144
is a voice message that says send an email address . No response from sent emails

All the associations and relatives of the person is wrong, inaccurate data. They also let other people rate the person anonymously without any verifications of association to that person.

Paid $1 for one report. It was useless to me.
Looked at statement last night and was shocked to see my $1 agreed to charge then two other charges. $95.** & $155.**.

Notified bank immediately and they will refund the charge and The LORD will take note of the wicked actions.

Hellfire isn’t worth it for such foolishness..

Update:

Called bank to reverse charges then upon being contacted by the bank they have refunded the charge.

No punishment except this review to warn others.

I paid for one month but when I tried to get reports they wanted more money so I told them I would not pay for any further months. They refused me access for the month I paid for and would not refund my payment. This happened October 14, 2023

They tried to scam an extra charge. My cc company notified me immediately of the situation. charge a $1.00 for a one time view legitimate and then $94.50 for nothing.
No notification just the charge.

Quality is absolute garbage. The artwork on the shirt looks like it was done with my decade old ink jet printer, and it has missing letters and even complete words. Don’t waste your money

I WISH I would have checked trust pilot before using MyLife. I ordered a one-time report from MyLife for $9.95 and then immediately got a fraud alert that MyLife was attempting to charge $155 to my credit card. Now my business card is on hold until I receive a new one. I can't use my cc until I receive the replacement in a week. I have to change the seven monthly subscriptions that get billed to my credit card, what a hassle. Don't use these scammers.

These people do not have correct info on people. They have me related to people I am not related too. They have me working for a company I do not work for. They have my pay scale / net worth completely wrong. Who are they and why do they have a presence online at all? They need to remove my information completely. If there was a way to sue them for incorrect information, I would!

This place is giving out false information about me. My age, people I know, where I live and a lot of the stuff they are saying is made up. Also, I'm not married and I don't have kids.

Thankfully most of this stuff is a lie or strangers could stalk me and find where I live.

Avoid these as$es. Scheduled a stereo install for 1 pair of 6.5 and tweets with cross overs and a 3.5 mid range for front doors and a mid range 6.5 for rear door, along with a bass sub and amplifier for my S550. After 4 weeks it was done. Not 3 but four weeks. I initially had an appointment on 6/19 and they didn’t touch it for 2 weeks and I took it and rescheduled for 7/5 and two weeks later it was done. After taking it home I noticed that the sound wasn’t appropriate for what I was expecting. So I looked for my amp to tweak my sound and was told it was in the trunk with bass tube. I looked all over and couldn’t find it l, came back and asked for the amp location, to which I was told just come back in an hour. “ no I won’t come back in an hour, where’s my amp” was my response. At which time the receptionists came from the work shed with my amp. MY DAMN AMP was never installed. They claim they ran it through the factory amp, and there was confusion. How can there be confusion when the new sealed amp was in the car to be installed??? And it wasn’t given to me when I left either. Be AWARE these guys are not in the up and up. BE AWARE. This is not a fake post or spam my name is Jae Then I was offered a “free” Ceramic coating to make up for the “misunderstanding” and I asked them to remove the green tape left in side my digital, cluster, and download Netflix, and YouTube for me. Dude said “NO PROBLEM” “My fault” so after another week on 7/29/23 I go to pick it up: no Netflix green tape still in cluster, and NO CERAMIC COATING. All lies. And look at the photos, look at amp work does that look like work from the best?, Shotty work wires exposed and amp not tight in place. and I paid $3500. "MyLife.com is a scam that begins with a false solicitation telling potential victims that 'someone' is searching for them, and they can find out who by paying a small fee,"and then double the fee on your debit card. Thanks to my bank for stopping them so the got no money from me. I wish everybody could get together and sue them.

My life is a scam. They lie to get you to buy. Their information is wrong. They need to be sued in a class action. Thay are a low-life organization.
