Just been into the Cardiff shop in queens arcade.
Was served by Nathan, who went above & beyond to help me. After trying on several pairs of trail shoes I finally found a suitable pair. Thanks Nathan

Moti Cardiff Store - If excellent customer care is an important consideration then you best avoid this store. Lacked any understanding, and clearly not interested in proving a positive customer experience. One member of staff in particular has the most appalling attitude and should not be public facing, can only describe her behaviour as rude and offensive. Not interested in offering a refund on a pair of running shoes which broke after just 3 weeks. Thankfully, the manufacturer took a completely different view, offering a replacement pair without hesitation. Can honestly say it’s the worst customer care I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Just been into the Bristol shop, for the purchase of new trainers and to have a gait analysis.
Adam provided some solid advice and took me through a broad range of options for new footwear.
Knowledgeable and helpful.
True test now to come when I’m out on the road.

Shop does look a bit dated and could do with an update, but went for the knowledge not the decor.

Moti Cardiff Roath shop. I have always purchased my train ers from this shop. This time, was persuaded to buy Hoka Clifton's Selling points were that they were comfortable, tough guaranteed to last 300 to 400 miles, came with 1 year warranty and I could go back if any problems. Paid £117. Less than
3 weeks later and 3 long runs and both shoes have no grip on heels and soles badly worn down. The rest looks unworn. Both shop manager and accounts manager refusing to honour warrantee and claim it's from heavy usage. Waste of money and poor customer service. Consumer rights ignored. Found out since that I am not the only customer from this shop with issues. Accounts manager refusing to allow refund or exchange.

Not only awesome food but the workers are extremely nice! Today as me and my mom went to pick up 2 naan breads and a samosa the lovely young lady at the counter commented about how I played the flute and that roommate/ friend plays it in the nicest way possible. She was one of the kindest workers you met. Highly recommend!

I bought some shoes and they hurt every time I used them at moti made out it was my fault and did nothing so have expensive shoes I can't use

Visited Moti in Queens Arcade, Cardiff today after a problem with some cross country shoes. All the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Replacement sorted. Would definitely visit again.

We’ve been desperate for Moti Queens Arcade Cardiff to open. My daughter has taken up running over lockdown and needed the correct trainers. I was after some comfy ones for long dog walks too. We wanted to shop local and also be sure to get the correct type. We weren’t disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and after a gait analysis (free when you buy trainers), in depth information and plenty of advice from Jon we chose a suitable pair of Hokas each. There was a great selection of stock for both of our needs and a discount too so win win. The friendly welcome helped to make our visit worth the wait. If you want advice from knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff this is as good as you’ll find anywhere.

Today I visited the Moti store on Albany Road in Cardiff as wanted some advice on a new pair of road running shoes and to see what was on offer.

The staff member I spoke with Paul who was just superb, he did some great fact-finding about out how I run and the types of running I do and the shoes I have bought in the past.

Paul came up with four suggestions, based on the running I do & size and shoes that would suit my wide feet.

After a good half an hour of me trying on shoes. I bought a pair of Oasics EvoRide, a shoe I would have not looked at if I am honest.

But with Paul's advice and help in me trying on the different sizes I decided to buy them.

Pauls product knowledge was amazing and offered lots of advice on alternatives, making sure the shoes I bought suited me & were comfortable and were the best choice for me.

His advice and service were just perfect, it was a real pleasure to speak with him and all Covid shopping restrictions adhered to 100%, which was really nice to see.

In the past, I found buying new running shoes a bit daunting, as there are just so many different styles and types.

Paul just made things so easy for me to make the right choice and it was a real pleasure to visit the shop.

Next time I need a new pair of running shoes I will know where to go and who to speak with :)

Well pleased with my purchase of Brooks Ghost running shoes . All conducted in " covid secure " conditions with sales assistant Richard giving expert advice and choice of footwear .

Bought trainers online for first time. Too small so return at the great expense of £8.80 through post office. Replacement arrived quickly and are the correct size.Could do with some form of reduced price returns.

Easy to order, delivered within a few days (even with the firebreak lock down), excellent quality and a local company. Winning!

Very good customer service, kept me well informed of my web order and expected delivery. Unfortunately had to return the item, staff in the shop were very helpful and efficient and the refund was completed that day.

Order not delivered on time due to product not in stock. No size option, so not even sure it fits correctly. Communications were handled at a satisfactory level, but didn’t seem as though Moti were genuinely concerned about my order, even though I spent over £200 on merchandise. Overall poor service.

I knew what road shoes l wanted and they were in stick and feeling great.
I had great service last time l picked up both trail and road shoes from Bristol, l also had gait analysis done with really interesting results. Since then l have taken on several marathons and ultra trails 😊
