Most expensive scrap, I've ever bought!

I regret that I didn't read more reviews, before I bought such an expensive device. After 15 months it stopped working. Even fully charged, it just turns off, after I start the device. As there's no guaranty after more than 12 months, I just wasted 350 Euro.

BEWARE OF NUFACE MINI AND PROBLEMS WITH DENTAL

Unfortunately Nuface Mini microcurrent is NOT AT ALL SUITABLE for people with any METAL IN THEIR MOUTH SUCH AS PORCELAIN AND METAL CROWNS. The microcurrent appears to heat up the metal, the user will find that they not only can taste metal after using the Nuface mini but I found that a blister formed at the top of my mouth where the microcurrent heated up the metal. I have now stopped using the Nuface and it is now clearing up. This obviously will not be the case for everyone, but this problem should be mentioned in the RISKS, WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS. There is definitely nothing mentioned, and I have now read other reviews where other people have suffered similar problems with metal.

Still going strong

I’ve had my Trinity Plus for around 4 years now. I’d stopped using it after only a year or so as work got crazy and I just didn’t have the time. 6 weeks ago, and after 3 years of it sat, unused, in the drawer, I switched it on. It was still fully charged! I was surprised and fully expected the battery to run out within 1 or 2 uses but I’ve been using it daily again and the charge has held. I’ve topped up at around 50% charge, which has been after about 10 hours of use. It’s been still like new.

Yet another money grabbing company

Yet another money grabbing company. I wish I looked on here to see reviews before buying. These are not cheap devices and you can actually buy the exact same item on TEMU! I had mine for a while but didn’t use it too much. It stopped working. I emailed customer service and they couldn’t care less. Very patronising! Please leave well alone! Do not purchase and if you are, go on TEMU!

Disgusting product. Poorly made.

If I could give no stars I would. I have just spent the best part of an hour reading through countless other complaints regarding the NuFace Trinity and the issue with the product not recharging. I bought mine in 2021 but have hardly used it so it certainly isn't worn out. It has been well taken care of and has had no damp or damage occur to it. I bought mine though 'CurrentBody' . Have just emailed them and as predicted they say they cannot replace it as it is out of the guarantee period. But ...haha.. they would be happy to sell me a new one! What a nerve. Where do people think we get that kind of money from to throw away. We should not have to do that when it is obvious due to the hundreds of similar complaints that this product is poorly made. I'll bet they are thrown together in China by poorly paid people who have little experience. I wonder what the mark up is for NuFace. Enormous I am sure. I noticed that there is a lawsuit against them and if I am not offered a replacement I will also add my name to sue them. People should not have to experience this. I'm tired of being fobbed off by people who think we are stupid.

Must keep device charged at all times or else it’s money down the drain

I had bought a NuFACE mini sometime ago. When I moved to a new house, I packed up my NuFACE in its original packaging. When I moved to a new house, I kept my NuFACE device in its original packaging, out of extreme temperatures and humidity. When I was ready to use it again, it was able to charge, but would not turn on. I looked up troubleshooting online, charged it for 16 hours uninterrupted, attempted to press and hold the button for 10 seconds, but had no luck. I called customer service to see what else could be done, maybe I could pay for a new battery, only to find out that you can’t replace the battery and the best that they could do is offer an out of warranty discount of 20% off a new product. It was really disheartening to hear that such an expensive product can so easily become unusable but the worst part was how the customer service representative made me feel. She made me feel like I did something wrong and that I “didn’t take proper care of my device”. Well I’m so sorry I had forgotten that it had to be charged at all times when most other products are to be charged when needed. That doesn’t mean I don’t take care of my device. I’m very disappointed in the frailness of this device for the price and the way I was belittled by customer service. I also find it interesting that NuFACE does not have a customer review on their website.

I’ve just started using trinity

I’ve just started using trinity, noticed as soon as I opened the pack to see this delicate item has no soft pouch to carry around. Quite disappointing I must say. I also read after purchasing the2 heads are nickel and I’ve got nickel allergy!
I also noticed the buttons are not clear whether is on or off. Whoever has designed the product and its contents would have done a better job! At the end of the day is kind of what you are selling it for (aesthetics) and there is not much of a feeling of it when you see how poorly the design and not added transport pouch etc.

I bought the Nuface device approx 2.5 years ago however it stopped working. They won’t repair or replace the device as it’s outside the warranty. Consudering how expensive it is, it’s not worth it for it not to last longer than it did. Very upset and disappointed, never again.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a new Trinity but it was not compatible with the attachment I had already
The new one switches off very easily
I got in touch with Nuface and they could not have been more helpful
They offered a full refund or a replacement that is compatible
I opted for the latter and sent back my new device with a label they sent me free of charge!!
Unfortunately the replacement failed to arrive due to shipping problems so Nuface refunded me fully!! Very pleased 😁

Worst customer service EVER!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!

I paid for the Fix on the Nuface website. I’ve already purchased the Trinity.

I wanted to take the fix on my weekend trip, so I paid for the rush shipping. The shipping cost me almost $50 dollars.

The device showed up in a timely manner, BUT IT WAS BROKEN!!!

A company this big should have a quality control department! The device I received was totaly broken. If someone would have tested the device, they would have seen it was not working.

I sent a video, and pictures.

They are saying I will Not get my shipping money refunded, and I still do not have my device that I’ve already paid for with rush shipping. And on top of that, they are sending me an envelope to send the broken one back…

Terrible customer service.

Heart palpitations!

I was thrilled with my NuFace Trinity at first but started having severe heart palpitations and dizziness immediately when I increased the intensity from the first bar to the third bar. I used on the third bar only twice (two weeks after using consistently on 1 bar first week and then progressing to 2nd bar the second week); the first time I thought it was my imagination but when it occurred again during my second use to an even more significant degree, I couldn’t ignore it. It was very scary.

It’s now been more than a week since I’ve used it however my heart palpitations and arrhythmia continues. This should not be FDA approved or at the very least it should not only caution not to use if you have a pacemaker; I do not have one but now have to go to cardiologist to determine if this can be resolved.

The battery wont last more than a year

The battery wont last more than a year. I bought one last year and recently it is struggling to work for 10 minutes after i fully charge it . It means that you need to pay about 400 euros just for using it for one year considering that the results are not that good. I dont recommand it at all

Hopeless company his product is really disappointing as…

This product is really disappointing as is the company ! I bought mine in Harrods, after 6 months the on button stopped working, I spoke to Harrods about returning it, but because my receipt had other items on it, Harrods would not allow me to return the nuface mini. The Nuface customer service is non-existent. no phone number to call in the UK and all the 'troubleshooting' advice is not relevant !! what a waste of money. WOULD NOT recommend !!!!

Definitely overhyped. Bought it directly from the website so I know it’s not a fake one. Zero results, didn’t feel any muscle activation. And their return policy is bogus. You have to pay to send it back.

NO STARS!!

NO STARS!!! Very dangerous and terrifying side effects!!!! Almost drove myself to emergency room when the migraine started. I’ve been during the mini for two weeks 5 days/week. The horrible migraine pain stared after the first day of week three, the pain was so severe and intense, I was so terrified permanent damage was happening to my brain, I almost called an ambulance. The level pain involved afterwards should never ever be experienced by a product thy has been APPROVED BY THE FDA!!!!!!
USE WITH SEVERE CAUTION!!! Eventually you will experience these migraines and you have never experienced the type and level of pain involved, how can anyone who has experienced this pain continue to use this death trap?!?!?!???!!!!

I must be lucky

I must be lucky, my nuface has lasted 2 years. Although now still works but struggling to turn the device on.
I have used it on average 4 times a week over this period for sometimes 30 minutes a time.
Iam 65 at have since a difference.
Not a massive one to be honest.
Now iam pondering is it really worth buying the Trinity plus?

Shame as I loved the product

I’ve given it three stars as the customer service I received was great, I can’t say the same for the product unfortunately, the first one lasted one month before it did the familiar turning itself on and then dying despite charging again, the second unit lasted about three months and I had just started to see an improvement in my facial tone then the same happened, my last one only made it to five days before the same happened, I’ve given up now and asked for a refund and not a replacement, I’ve invested in a ZIIP halo now which is substantially more expensive but hopefully won’t give up the ghost and you get different settings which I like.
