Nuface always breaks

Nuface always breaks. I’ve had three over the years and each one has broken in 2 years time. The company only offers a one year warranty. For such an expensive piece of equipment it should last longer. Beware.

Like everyone else

Like everyone else. Button has broken just outside of warranty. Stored and charged correctly always. Very disappointed. Customer service was nothing but sending troubleshooting advice on how to charge the device. Will look for an alternative brand and would not recommend the nu face products to anyone. Poor device, poor service.

Such a disappointment

Things that I wish I knew before I bought this device…
1. The on off button will stop working after 1 year.
2. You will waste a lot of time in front of the mirror doing pointless massages.
3. These massages will not make any difference to your skin.

The point is… I will definitely not re purchase and I do not recommend this device to anyone.

Don't buy if you have nickel allergy!

Device worked no problem but what the company fail to mention is if you have a nickel allergy do not buy! Months of skin problems and now wasted money. If your ears react to certain earrings it's likely you are allergic to nickel and you should not buy nuface.
Nuface.. please be more transparent about this to save us all money and unsightly skin problems!

My wife bought a Nuface device from…

My wife bought a Nuface device from Currentbody approximately 2 years ago. Within a year it stopped working so Currentbody replaced it under the warranty.
Fast forward 15 months and the replacement device has also stopped working.
Currntbody and Nuface's response is that as the warranty period has expired there is nothing they will do.
After reading previous posts on Trustpilot I have discovered the problem is the metal contact on the on/off switch.
With Superglue and a piece of aluminium foil I have managed to cobble together a repair.
This only goes to show that the design of the device is faulty and not fit for purpose.
I have told this to Nuface but don't expect they will take any action as they obviously can sell enough of these devices and not worry about their customer base!!!

Junk. On/off button has failed

Poor quality on/off button. This button has failed after 13 months. It started playing up about a month ago, making it tricky to turn on and off, now the button fails to turn it on at all, making it useless. I really liked doing microcurrent treatments at home and had seen great results with firmer smoother skin and improved facial contours. I first purchased a nuface mini in Jan 2020, and was so pleased with the results that I purchased the full size nuface with ELE attachment in Jan 2021. I will not be wasting any more money on nuface unless they bring out a model with a durable power button. For now I will take it apart and see if I can fix it myself. If it can’t be fixed I will be looking into other brands of home microcurrent devices.

Not worth the money. Poor customer support

The device stopped charging after approx. 1 year of not so active usage. I emailed the company's local customer support in the NL at info at mynuface.nl— no response at all. Extremely disappointing. I don't recommend using it — a 10-euro roller does it's job so much better (and cheaper, and safer). Guys at NuFACE (NL) - if you happen to read this review - please let me know if I can mail you the product back.

Thanks,
Ekaterina

Broken less than in 2 years

Don't bother with this. Mine got broken after 1 year and 10 months. Lookfantastic UK has warranty for only 6 months and Nuface doesn't have a UK office. Also warranty is only for a year. What a service.

Good device but faulty poor quality on off switch

I have had my Nuface for 14 months. All was well until 3 weeks ago when the button/ switch started playing up.
I recharged it and tried to turn it on again but it would not work at all.
Out of warranty I had nothing to loose so took the device apart. I tested the battery and it was fine. I removed the circuit board and all looked good. I then investigated the button itself , the front button actually peels off! The button works due to the inside ' raised' part being coated with a fine layer of a metallic substance which forms a contact. It appears this product breaks down with use and is not robust enough to provide any real longevity for the device. This is a real disappointment as it has put me off purchasing another as I feel sure I will have the same problem. I will fix mine and continue with that in the hope that any new models released will have a button that will perform as well as the device itself. I have researched other reviews regarding faults and wonder if the button is the issue there as I can not fault the rest of the machine in quality of build or performance.

Low quality

I used NuFace mini and NuFace Fix. The durability of the devices is really low. The bad quality is visible right after you open the box.

After 2 months use the devices stopped working as expected. The turn off and on button of NuFace Mini stopped working properly. And the Fix device stopped charging. I’m really disappointed from the quality of the devices I used.

I have e-mailed Nuface numerous times…

I have e-mailed Nuface numerous times about the wrinkle reducer prematurely switching off. Had no response. Only a blanket e-mail saying would contact within 24-48 hours.
The device cost a lot of money, and is not working. Tried all the trouble shooting.

Bought the petite anniversary box set…

Thank you Nuface for getting in touch regarding my faulty device I received from Lookfantastic. Nuface have really assisted me with this issue and therefore I cannot fault them with their customer service. They acted slow at first but once they got onto the matter they acted quickly and I couldn’t ask for a better service. I am now getting my refund from LF (once they receive the items) and I couldn’t thank you enough. I now have the confidence to buy their products and finally get to try the device but I’m going else where to buy than LF!

Thank You Kindly

DON'T USE NUFACE THE SKIN IS FALLING

The worse experience of my entire feminine life. The NuFace is making your skin falling and it creates new big lines. I tuined my skin. They deserved to disappear from the market.

They are posting photo with women before and after and the photos are actually exactly the opposite the skin is worse After and not before.

More TrustPilot is sustaining the scam companies like currentbody.com through which I bought the device and they are not posting the reviews you write so it looks like they are good and that the products are good.

NuFace against fine lines and tighter skin.

Product: I actually bought it for my girlfriend and now use it myself all the time. The effect is not too big to be honest, as as my skin is still pretty good. But it's a nice facial treatment that lifts the face slightly and helps with fine lines. I use it once or twice a day or any other day.

Service+Quality: The official store was polite and shipped fast. I use NuFace now since 18 months and the device is still good. The 2 metal head have dulled over the time, they aren't shiny as they used to be. But all still works well, and the head can be replaced with the replacements on their official website.
