Does anyone have an instant contact number for photobook.ie.
I have sent them an order I need to Cancel and amend and they only have an email contact that isn't instant which means by the time they will reply my order will be already printed

Bad turnaround time and bad customer service.

Ordered using them as they stated their turnaround time was 5-7 working days. After purchasing a photobook we were told it would arrive by the 7th day. It's been 2 days since, and still no sign. And after emailing them they have said to wait for another 8 days before contacting them again.
It was due to be given as a birthday present. That day has passed now. Terrible customer service.
Also, it's a .ie website but everything is made and ships from Germany. Having .ie should mean it's being made here.

A4 is not the right size

Ordered a Real Photo book hard cover A4, but the size was considerably smaller.
Watch out for the real size before ordering because the description is misleading, quite disappointed.

A Company to avoid

Sadly this Company has an excellent product line but has a totally inadequate after sales service support. It is therefore a Company to avoid. I have had an issue with my last two orders and each time failed to get a response other than to exercise patience as they are inundated with customer service issues. I have had to write off my expenditure and order elsewhere so I felt it worthwhile to highlight this Company as one to avoid.

Myphotobook has the nerve to answer me…

Myphotobook has the nerve to answer me on Trustpilot that they sent me a request for information on January 19 to which I did not respond! WRONG, scammers! I answered the same day, then having no return new mails on January 23, then on February 26 and now on February 1st. Their customer service phone line has been closed since early December and emails are never answered. A real scandal! They have software problems that they can't or don't try to fix and the customer pays for their problems. Company to avoid!!!
I've had a prepaid voucher on Veepee since the end of October, it's only valid until February 28, so I'm probably going to lose it since I haven't been able to place the order for 2 months, still the same bug at the level from passage to payment (error 13 FF7 524). What have their IT specialists been doing since my first alert on December 3?? NOTHING - no response 2 months later! Moreover I gave them my personal codes, my book being in their cloud they could take the trouble to print it, here is an obvious solution but no response and no action either!

There is Not enough support and help

There is Not enough support and help, be careful how you inputting pictures into a program and if you not check this by yourself nobody else will do it and you will get half pictures I’m very disappointed and I will not recommend to anyone

Honest company

Well the original arrived damaged, the software was nice and easy to use, I messed up a couple of photos where eyes were shut and they were able to refund me before it went into processing. I fixed it and cheekly used the discount code I didn't see for the next order lol. I asked for a replacement as it
arrived cracked around the seems where it had been dropped. They surprising sent a new one which arrived undamaged but was packaged the same way. I think they should add more padding to avoid this happening.

If I could give this company a zero I…

If I could give this company a zero I would.
I placed an order spending €100, received the wrong order and was told to return the incorrect order and I would be reimbursed and my correct order would be then sent.
Has this happened…. No. It is an absolute disgrace I now have proof of delivery & I am being told they haven’t received the order.
Never again will I order anything from this place

Useless photo book company

Dec 23 and my order still 'processing'. Ordered and paid 6 December - express post, and should be delivered for Christmas!! Ref MPBIEEN14000001658.
Not happy!! And your contact form isn't working either!! And they don't reply to support emails!

No customer case response

Placed order 10 days ago and an email for tracking details with no response. Not sure if they're even making my photobook - for an upcoming birthday but I don't think it will arrive in time... if it arrives at all. No customer service phone line or live chat available.

The left a reply here saying that I need to contact them by email and they have already replied to me by email but this is not true. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I got an automated reply in German to say they would reply to me...

Unable to complete the order and no help in 3 weeks

I used the service successfully before, but recently created a photobook for my sister's birthday, which I was unable to order at the end due to system issues on photobook.ie side. I was told they are looking into resolving this, but it's 3 weeks afternow, still not resolved. My sister's birthday was missed, my present was only partial without the photobook, I've spent hours creating and left with nothing. Customer service was not helpful at all. No matter how I liked it before, can see now how unreliable the service is and need to look for another company going forward 😔

Excellent service. Thrilled with the final product and Alvaro in customer service was very helpful. I have used other companies in the past but will definitely use this company again. Easy to use site with lovely graphics to add to book.

Lovely photobook

Lovely photobook. Delighted with presentation and quality. Arrived on time. I ordered a card also which was not what I expected and the writing was upside down vis a vis the photo plus photos on the back were upside down compared to photos on the front.
