Blame game
Ordered a photobook and when it arrived some icons and text was off the page. After emailing customer service I was asked to send pictures. after having to email customer service twice for a response on the matter it was basically my fault. Not an Irish site either as my customer support operative had a german name.

Very pleased with my photo book
Very pleased with my photo book. Quality very good. Old black and white photos came out great. Had a couple of queries which were dealt with promptly by customer service. Will use again.

So disappointed still waiting on the…
So disappointed still waiting on the book which is now ordered 3 weeks and way past estimated delivery date. Didn’t arrive for the event. Communication poor from company with no response to emails and no tracking number.

Excellent product . Excellent service
I just received a photobook from myphotobook.ie and I am delighted with the service, value and the end product.
The website was very user friendly. The fact that you could save the job and come back to it later was really helpful. I didn't download the app I just used the site directly.
I placed my order on a Thursday and received the end product in Ireland on the following Friday - 6 working days which was a great turnaround.
The quality of the book was also great - I went with an A4 Landscape with matt pages. Overall, an excellent service and an excellent product. I will definitely use again.

Cowboys, do not use
Myphotobook uses domains (ie, co.uk, nl, fr) suggesting they're a local business. They're not, they operate from Germany. I'm sure it's all very well if the photos actually arrive, but in my case they never did.
On the website they claim they aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but in reality they don't take this too seriously. They claimed they resent the photos, but this also never arrived. They were never great at replying to emails but now they stopped responding altogether. Conveniently there's no phone number listed, so I can't call them either.
Don't use these cowboys, their customer service is appallingly bad and they use their website to give you false sense of security.
