Third time using these guys and very happy overall. Easy to use software and great product that arrived within the timeframe advised. Recent purchase arrived just over a week after ordering. I can't comment on their customer services if any issues arise as I have never had any problems to date.

Great final product. Feels solid. Offline app easy to use and has plenty of customising options. You could spend years on a project. Customer service was nice, but not very helpful when product was late. They just told me they hoped it would arrive haha. No tracking unfortunately, so it's a bit anxiety inducing, especially if you have a strict time line for a birthday or something. I recommend allowing for plenty of time. It took two weeks from Germany to Ireland. All in all I'm satisfied though, it is very nice and worth the price.

Loved the quality of this book but very expensive for the size

Very happy with the end product. The software was easy to use and even though I picked the basic product, the result was very good. Took just over a week from ordering to delivery. Would use again.

This is the answer I received after I asked for a solution to my problem.

The photo software of this company is very limited not to say archaic.
Delivery takes over 2 weeks.
Customer service callously and without commitment copy, paste and forward the automated messages, without any involvement in providing a solution to the problem.
My album was deleted after printing.
Considering that some photo album publishers offer multiple years to store albums, the 16-day storage option, with more than two weeks' delivery, is very restrictive and unappealing.

Definitely do not recommend.

Very plain and cheap looking. I've gotten nicer done elsewhere.

Still awaiting delivery for item ordered on 1st March that was for a present on the 14th March ...very disappointing!! I emailed and they said I wouldn’t be waiting long more last week and I’m still waiting will not be ordering again

Nice photo book however no tracking and had to wait for the book for two weeks after order shipped and was not sure if lost on the way or not.
Easy to use software to build the book and will use this company again.

Ordered nearly a month and a half ago. And still have not received anything. No tracking poor customer service. Never again I won't be back

The quality of this photobook is excellent, the pages are firm, the binding seems good. Glossy cover and pages really stand out. My only problem is - this book is NOT A4 size despite being advertised as such. I ordered an A4 Portrait book The book I received is smaller than other A4 books from other suppliers. A4 is 210mm X 295. Your book is 210mm X 275mm. A full 20mm shorter. Dissapointing - as it looks out of place beside the other books.
