Terrible customer service, overpriced low quality clothing and proteins with expensive delivery...
I even don't want to mention the lack of return policy.

Terrible customer service and website communication. I've made an order for 4 clothing items. 3 out of them were not a good too big or too small (despite using their measurement charts). I asked their customer support if I can exchange the items for the correct size. They advised me that I will have to return the items and then order them in the correct size. I requested the return form and ordered the correct size items in the meantime.

I got my return form and attached it to my package. I did exactly as they told me and went to the courier to send it back. However, at the post office they tell me I need to pay over 150BGN (75euros) to send it back?? That's more than the amount I paid for the items themselves. Obviously, I didn't send it back.

I contacted MyProtein's customer support again to ask what should I do as I'm not paying this amount to return the items. They come back with an answer saying that they cannot cover the costs of the return as it's my mistake ordering a wrong size. Okay, I agree with this policy... but you don't mention on a single place on your website that customers will have to return their items to Poland and pay 150BGN to do so?!? This makes your return policy completely useless. If I knew this I would have never ordered (especially a second time). Now I'm left with clothes that I cannot use.. I was made to order again as I was told I can return the items.. I had to go to an office to print their labels... I had to go to the post office just to see I have to pay 150BGN... I've lost time, money and effort to deal with this stuff and I'm pissed. Definitely not using MyProtein ever again!!!

MyProtein site in Bulgaria - Just for the TEST I added 4 products in my basket, with 30% discount at this time ( a week before black Friday deals) it costed 115 LEVA, once the black Friday deals came in, with 45% discount the same number of items in the SAME BASKET costed 185 LEVA, myprotein just tries to scam us with their black Friday deals :)

I love the product and its quality, however, between myprotein and the delivery company my full address was lost as well as my phone number. It was a nightmare to actually get the item delivered to me.

The apparel has great colours and is very comfortable. It dries quickly. Excellent quality :)

I ordered soy protein, it came quite fast. I am happy with the delivery, but more importantly i love how the strawberry protein tastes, I would definitely try to chocolate one next time

The sizes do not respond to the measurement table in your website.

First of all, I have ordered XS legging and a sports bra -
the waist ribbing of the legging was 56/57 cm, but in your website it is mentioned that the XS responds to a waist with 66-69 cm measurements.

However, I've made a second ordered, just because the legging seemed really comfortable. So I've ordered the same legging in S size and it fits me well. I really love it.
Moreover, with me second order, I purchased and a second XS sports bra. In contrast of the first one, unfortunately, the new one doesn't fit me, due to another size discrepancy.
The bust ribbing was far more tight as this one on my first sport bra from MyProtein. Keep in mind that they are in the same size.

I love mp clothes. They are soft and comfortable.

The prodcuts are excellent, delivery time was as mentioned. The taste of the protein pancake mix (chocolate) is amazing. Defenitely able to substitute the sweets.
