The website in switzerland is only available in german language and not English when you change the region to switzerland. It makes it so annoying to go through website. About the products I have to say they are decent and good prices.

5⭐️, but just because they were helpful.
Our package got lost by Swiss post and they told us, we can’t make a reclamation, just MP can. At first my husband started to communicate with MP, they seemed helpful, but then decided to only communicate from the account which we ordered from. I was disappointed, but had no choice, I have written them our problem from our account once again , and waited what would happen. At that time I was thinking, that they would just let it be, which would absolutely dissatisfy us. They didn’t, in 2 days they have sent us our order once again (on the costs of Swiss post i suppose..?) and we are happily waiting for our package, hopefully it doesn’t get lost this time… thank you MP and specially thank you Diana for your kind help and support in this case, we appreciate it and will keep buying from MP.

This app has become unusable for Swiss users after the last few updates. You now have to manually set your location to Switzerland, and once you figure that out (usually only when you try to complete your order and suddenly get told your country isn’t available for delivery), your entire basket gets wiped and you have to start over.
When you reach the payment step again, you’ll notice that TWINT no longer links to the corresponding payment app, forcing you to choose another payment method. A few months ago, everything worked fine and I could easily pay with Apple Pay without any issues?!
At this point, I’ll probably order from other providers instead. The Swiss prices are horrendous and don’t match the exchange rate at all. Clothing prices are more than 50% higher than in the UK shop. That’s just a rip-off.

Happy with the product, although the pea protein powder does not easily dissolve in water. Other shops provide better alternatives. Not happy with the unexpected toll costs for CH arriving by post a little later. So note that you will likely get customs charges, this is not clearly mentioned despite the .ch domain.

I had issues with my return shipment from Szwitzerland. They were kept at customs and could not move forward. Frieda Ulrike supported me and made sure that I got my money back. Great customer support!!

The quality of their products is excellent. I ordered unflavored plain whey and unflavored plain casein in bulk because I like to create my own flavors and also use them in recipes. The quality and taste were excellent. Especially the cassein powder, which on its own tastes like milk-flavored gelato -- all you need is a touch of sweetener. The shipping was also quick.
My only criticism is that the site should clearly inform customers that they are responsible for paying customs fees upon delivery in Switzerland. I specifically chose to order from this shop—avoiding other EU-based retailers—because the domain ends in “.ch,” which led me to assume they were registered to collect Swiss VAT. I was surprised to receive a bill from the post office for both a customs inspection fee and VAT. It’s possible that MyProtein.ch is in the process of registering a Swiss tax ID. But until that’s confirmed, the website shouldn’t bury the customs fees disclaimer—it needs to be front and center.

In the app I wasn't able to change the language, by default it was set to German in the app when I said I live in Switzerland. Fortunately I understand it but it's not optimal. Thanks
