unauthorized duplicate order and withdrawal of funds caused by merxhant system error
My order was not able to process due to a payment glitch caused by an error of the merchant's system. Myprotein processed this order at a later time without my consent. A second payment attempt was then automatically initiated by your company without my authorization, resulting in a duplicate/unauthorized order.
