No respect for long-time customers. First time I had a problem with an order (lost in delivery), due to their mistake, and they passed the responsibility on to me without any resolution. A losing battle with disengaged and incompetent customer service agents. They are happy to take your money though! They have lost me as a customer.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but when I had issues with my order, I was treated very poorly and unfairly blamed. My order was sent to an old address I updated months ago, yet MyProtein refused to take responsibility. No apology, no effort to resolve the issue – just constant blame. My package is now lost and my money has been taken. How can I keep ordering from this place knowing that if something goes wrong (mistakes happen) MyProtein will do nothing to solve the issue but happily take my money.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my recent order was handled, as well as the lack of professionalism and customer support throughout the process.
After placing my order on your website, I contacted your support team to inquire about the possibility of modifying the street name in my delivery address (the city remained unchanged). The following day, I received a response stating that it is not possible to modify the address after the order has been placed, which is understandable and acceptable. However, to my surprise, the same message also informed me that my order had been canceled.
I did not request a cancellation, only a clarification about a possible address change. I replied immediately to ask why my order had been canceled without my consent, but I received no response. Days later, I followed up again, hoping to resolve the matter, but once more, my inquiry was ignored, and the ticket was closed without explanation.
This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my initial question or providing a reasonable explanation for the cancellation, my attempts to resolve the situation were met with silence. It is deeply disappointing to experience such poor service from a company I trusted with my purchase.
To summarize my feedback:
Your team failed to respond to my inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
My order was canceled without my consent or a valid reason provided.
The overall handling of this issue demonstrates a lack of professionalism and care for your customers.

I've placed an order on the 18th day of this month and after 5 days (today) I've just got an e-mail that says my order will be delivered on 27-29th, so 9-11 days from the day of ordering. On the order page, for the standard courier delivery time, it says "3-5 business days". For each day after the stated time frame, 1 star gets deducted. Too bad I can only rate the experience 1 star and not -3 stars.
This is the first and most probably the last time I'm ordering from you lying sons of wonderful women.

As long as you continue shipping with Cargus, you'll damage your reputation. Last Friday, I took a day off from work to collect three packages from different providers. While the other two delivered as expected, Cargus falsely claimed they couldn't reach me, even though I had no missed calls and was home all day.

I contacted customer service by asking for clarifications upon the grams of protein/scoop/flavour for Impact Diet Whey product. For a week now, customer service agents go in circles by answering vaguely and closing the question ticket immediately. Half of the answers received are "all flavors have the same amount of protein" - on the website it's stated 39g/scoop for strawberry cake flavor, and I bought chocolate flavor with 32g/scoop. When I tell them about this difference, they ask "what's the product you refer to?" And the discussion goes on and on and on.
They are very unprofessional and lack any respect for the customer's queries. They have 0 knowledge on the products they sell. For a week now after sending many many messages, I still don't know which flavor has the most protein/scoop for Impact Diet Whey. I can bet tomorrow's answer is "all flavors are the same" when obviously are not. They just make fun of the customers...

The delivery wasn't at my address as I asked, but at the courier warehouse, outside of the town, an hour trip way and back. I wonder why you tell people that you have a free delivery??? I will never order on your site! I'm a fitness instructor and I will also NOT recommend your products to my clients.

This is my fourth order from Myprotein and the last three were very good in every category, from delivery to product quality. But this one, not only it took more time than the other ones to procces, but the package was terrible. The box was almost open from all the damage and it was already ripped appart in a few places. I only gave 3 stars because of my previous orders and because I dont know for sure if the box was damaged before or by the delivery. Anyways the products were fine, so I don't really mind the outside.

This is a never-ending story and, by far, the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had.
They accept orders for products out of stock (they hide their true inventory), then request multiple payment authorizations to dispatch them, whenever they're back in stock (it could take weeks or months to get your complete order). They have the worst policy and they're blaming the bank for not letting them charge multiple partial payments on the same payment authorization. Of course, the bank won't let you credit my card, each time you feel like it.
You never know if the products are really in stock. Every professional shopping platform should have the stock displayed and clients should NOT be able to place orders for products that are out of stock or that exceed inventory! After making the payment, they charge you for the products in stock (it's a surprise, you never know which). For the rest, they'll charge you, as they come back in stock, one by one. This could last MONTHS! Is this called respect for your customers, nowadays?! I most certainly do not think so! If you respected your paying customers, you would have a real inventory displayed and a restocking estimate, for each product. Not knowing and bad surprises should not be a part of any shopping experience.
L.E. Today, Aug 9, I received another product from my order. 2 more to go, fingers crossed to get them by Christmas. And no, the Customer Service Team has NOT resolved this matter, as I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. For things to be resolved, you must stop deceiving your clients. Change your policy, and be transparent with your current stock/inventory. None of this would have happened if I had known, from the start, that products were low stock/out-of-stock.

I'm surprised by my protein's incompetence in finding a solution. I've been waiting several weeks for my order and first it's the carrier, then my protein tells me that the package can't be delivered because it's too hot, then I'm told that the package is damaged and will be returned to my protein. In the meantime, no communication, I'm asked if I can have a parcel sent back to me quickly, and then I'm told I have to wait for the parcel to come back. You are unbelievably incompetent my protein and this is the last time I will order from you because your customer service answers and your resolution is level 0.

I ordered two products from you that I want to return, even though they have never been opened, touched, or consumed. The ingredient description I received on the products doesn't match what is listed on your website, which is completely unacceptable!
It's been five days now that I've been trying to return these products. Although your customer service has initiated the process, it is taking an excessive and incomprehensible amount of time. I don't understand why it's taking so long to handle such a straightforward issue.
I am extremely frustrated and annoyed by this situation. All I want is to return products that I'm not satisfied with. Why is this so complicated? Why does it take so long to process such an obvious case? I just want to return these products and move on.
Today I am told that it is up to me to pay the shipping costs and that it is not possible for you to pay it. One of the people in your service clearly indicated to me in one of our exchanges that it was up to you to pay the costs if I entered a code when I wanted to return the products. I want to say that your services are deplorable!!!!
