I can not sing their praises enough! I purchased their service for my personal IG. Within 2-3 days the results was already worth the package! So I bought it for my writing account as well! Went up around 60 followers
Went up around 60 followers for the 12 hours. I don't know what level of engagement was done. Doesn't seem like any thank you messages were sent out like in previous services I've used. Looks like pictures were liked which is good. But it seems as though I have 60 now disengaged users.

I don't know how to actually respond to your message so I'm editing my original with a reply.
But the past services I've used has a message go out that says Hey, thanks for following me, and then say something about their photos or their page type. It's gotten a lot of engaged users to message me frequently and keep engaging with me. Instead of being ghost users. These people message me when I do an IG Story or a Live, keeps them interested in what I'm doing.

Not dissatisfied. But when I was originally asked to try this trial on Instagram...I was told this service is cheaper, and "better". Cheaper is definitely true. But other services that I've used start conversations with other people so that it sparks conversation. Like the people who added me with this particular service are yes a number on my followers list but that's not really what I'm looking for. I'm looking for conversations, leads.
This is lead gen for me. Looking at an inbound marketing model, this is top funnel. I mean I can use the "Followers" app and follow 250 users. Then use the same app to unfollow the ones that don't add me back. I've done that strategy before myself for free. And I get around the same results.
I was told specifically that 250 is the number and that it goes in cycles and for some reason that is better. But in reality...the reason why I paid for other services is because they do 1000's at a time. That is something I don't have time to do. 250 I can manage.

I don't understand your logic. You messaged me on my Instagram account advertising your business...in which I agreed to a free trial. It's the same thing that this other service was doing for me to other people that are now following me. Now you are continuing to tell me that what I'm doing in your personal opinion devalues Instagram accounts and their nature...
" I personally don't think it's ok for a brand or a professional to follow this many accounts a time as it makes them look like robots and makes them loose a lot of credibility."

We do indeed never send "Thank you" messages, as we are against un-personal DM's on Instagram and as it also goes against the Instagram policy's and could get your account banned over time!
Could you explain what you mean with "disengaged users" though?

Alright, well I am afraid that we don't use this method as again, robot messages is not a marketing method that we believe in and this is not approved by the platform either.
Now, you are talking about "ghosts users, which I do not totally understand as our service is about engaging with your target audience and therefore they make the decision to engage and/ follow your page or not.
It sounds like you are not totally satisfied with the 12h trial so I am inviting you to let us work on your account for another 2 days for free. I hope this will explain our service a little better and prove more results.

Alright, I understand where you are coming from now.
Our service is propably not what you are looking for then.
Just as a final note on this: the kind of marketing you are talking about: (automatic messages, following over 6000 people at a time) is a kind of marketing that has gotten 1000's of accounts banned and that kills the Instagram community overall.)
When you send out these automatic messages, you might indeed get some replys from your audience but note that even more people are reporting your message as a robot message.
Then, if you don't mind your account following over 7000 people at a time then this is your choice.
But on the other side, I personally don't think it's ok for a brand or a professional to follow this many accounts a time as it makes them look like robots and makes them loose a lot of credibility.
