Terrible. Works 40% of the time and then they "suspend" your account for no reason and it takes 3-4 days to get it un suspended. Why did I get suspended? I used it for netflix to catch USA shows. It seems they want zero streaming on their "vpn"...then why would I get a vpn? They told me not to use it for any streaming including youtube. Support is terrible. Avg. response timeeis 8-10 hrs and one response only and then wait another 8-10 hrs. It's pure amateur hour.

Wonderful VPN, offers great IPs that easily unlocks different content. My subscription just recently ran out and the support team was really helpful, as well as the pricing of this VPN is great. When I'll need VPN again, will definitely consider this one again.

Good VPN, IPs that I received helped me to watch content that I watch at home while traveling. The only thing is that I did receive some slower IPs which hardly loaded video, but reached out to support and they assisted me regarding this problem and what I should do if I encounter it again.

I have been using Mysterium VPN for a while now when travelling. It's allowing me to use the services that I'm paying for back home.

Everything worked quite well. Paid for the year and now I have got access to loads of different county residential IP's but I'll mostly only use a few.

If I could have given MysteriumVPN negative stars, I would have. Their customer service is a disaster. It really feels like the staff is wholly incapable of handling anything, but their job is to give you the runaround until you've wasted enough of your time to get frustrated. I’ve never dealt with a team so completely clueless and unhelpful.

Whenever you contact support, the replies are generic and useless, rarely coming close to being helpful. It's like they're reading a teleprompter and even then have no real grasp of the issues. You’ll get bounced for days back and forth with no sign of resolution. What you get instead is the same old boilerplate, cut-and-paste replies that have you ready to pull your hair out.

And to make matters even worse, MysteriumVPN's VPN connections prove to be as frustrating as their customer service. Connection drops are common, as are unreliable speeds, making the service hardly usable. It’s infuriating to pay for a VPN that cannot deliver on the most basic functions it has offered. No more is the safe, effortless browsing experience you have grown comfortable with — only relentless disruptions and sluggish speeds.

To sum up, if there were a worst customer service award, it would go to MysteriumVPN, hands down. Their mortifying incompetence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction guarantees you’ll end up just as miserable as their buggy app and unreliable service. Spare yourself the headache and find a trustworthy VPN solution elsewhere.

I signed up and the service was not able to work for my needs. I immediately went to cancel so I could get a refund. You have to email them or start a chat to cancel. I started a chat and an Isaac came in after a long time and asked why I wanted to cancel. I responded. Haven’t heard back. A week later now. I’ve emailed as well. I’m going to be disputing this charge tomorrow. I’ve informed them numerous times in the chat that I will be doing this giving them ample opportunity to make this right. They haven’t responded and I have continually reached out. Isaac has been online within the last 4 hours as of me typing this. My days of requesting an answer have still gone unread. This company operates like a scam. Do not sign up for this service.

Mysterium-VPN, along with their numerous subsidiary companies, is an absolute scam. After payment, you receive absolutely nothing—no access to a VPN whatsoever!

Their so-called software, which you’re required to install, does nothing except display error messages. It’s highly likely that this software is a virus!

When you email them to request a refund, you’ll receive no response. If you ask about the issue in their "support channel" on Discord, you’ll be banned almost immediately. Of course, they don’t want other potential victims to see that the entire operation is a fraud.

We’ll see if any legal action can be taken against them. They appear to be hiding in Switzerland and allegedly in Turkey.

Avoid them at all costs, and do not install any of their software, whether on Windows or via their iPhone/Android app!

I've been trying to cancel my VPN subscription for a few days now. I've contacted them several times via email and through their website chatbot, but every time they ask for the same informations, which I provided. However, they never complete the cancellation process. Actually waiting with a new email answer ..

This is the WORST VPN provider ever. First, to cancel a subscription, you need to contact support! Every other website in the world lets you do it with a click of a button, but here you have to go through their support. When I asked to cancel, they responded by asking why I wanted to cancel! The support agent "Issac" was incredibly unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They offer genuine residential IPs, fast speeds and top security features at affordable prices. Yes it has some quirks but the team seem to be regularly updating the app, would definitely recommend 😊

First off the customer service is shocking if you have a problem, especially when they randomly cancel your subscription!

I spoke to the dumbest support person I have ever encountered, "Isaac". He seems to be living in a different universe and kept mentioning "Google accounts"!

Basically said tough luck.

Whilst the APP is ok it does crash a lot and does weird things to your phone and is sometimes slow or does not connect, it is easy to refresh the IP address and try again.

They have limited IP adresses so you are stuck.

Would not recommend.

I've only had it for a few days, but I have to say I'm very satisfied. The support is fast and very helpful, so I recommend MysteriumVPN if you are looking for residential IPs.

I signed up during the black Friday sale since it was discounted. And so far it has been working fine, I'm able to use streaming servers without any issues.
